Great tutorial! Thank you 😊
ОтветитьI appreciate all of your tutorials. You don’t spend endless commentary, straight to the point. Thank you 😊
ОтветитьThank you for this most informative video, MayMay. Like others, I will definitely have to watch this one a few times and take notes. I like to take little gifts to folks who help us (like our dental hygienist), and this is the perfect personal touch. Your instructions are very clear, but I will have to try a few boxes myself to really understand what's going on with the math!! Actually, it's the cuts that baffle me, when to angle, when to snip, when to delete a section, so this video will be a wonderful tool for me.
ОтветитьWhoa!!!! I need to watch this over again!
ОтветитьGold Bond. I use all their stuff!
ОтветитьWOW! Thank You so very much for this . Great information. I get so frustrated with this, now it will be so much easier
ОтветитьThat was awesome! Thank you!!
ОтветитьThk you Maymay, love your video, it makes alot of sense how you calculated the dimensions.
ОтветитьPerfect! Off to try- not mathy either
ОтветитьMaymay!!! You are amazing. I love your work.
ОтветитьThank you! It finally makes sense 😊
ОтветитьThis was awesome!! Thank you for this!!!!!!
ОтветитьYou are such a great teacher! ❤
ОтветитьOh my..This is such an easier way than I have been doing..I would love to see making a bigger box and how to connect more than one sheet..Thank you!
ОтветитьThank you thank you thank you!! Spent days watching videos and spent hours last night making a box for specific item. I see numbers and just cant think haha. I feel confident after watching this tutorial that I can make any size box! Great tutorial!! New follower :).
ОтветитьThank you - very helpful ❤
ОтветитьI got to cut down a box I brought because its to big. I got to reduce width and length and height. First time I ever did this hope it turns out. It's a gaylord so I also have to cut down the lid.
ОтветитьI did it for playing cards that were 3-1/2x2-1/4 and the stack of 6 pieces was 1-/4" high. My CS ended-up being 4-./4x5-3/4. TFS, Nicole
ОтветитьThank you. I’m going to try your instructions.
ОтветитьThank you. 🎉
ОтветитьThank you. This takes some mystery out of boxes.
ОтветитьWow! Thank you
ОтветитьYou are wonderful. Thank you
ОтветитьThis is fine if you want a one sheet but how about making a box with a lid how do you measure to make a top and a bottom box.
ОтветитьI stumbled upon this video as I research cutting machines for beginners before I buy one. After watching this, I just want to make boxes! 😂 This looks so very satisfying!
ОтветитьBrilliant, thank you x
ОтветитьHow about a circle
ОтветитьExcellent video. The only thing I could suggest is taping or gluing the two 'spare' tabs at the bottom together (the ones you say you often cut off). Doing that would give the contents of the box a little extra support underneath, and help keep the box shaped correctly.
ОтветитьCrystal clear, and concise. Bravo, and thank you!
Sadly I don't have that handy dandy scoring board you used, but I do have a Cricut... so after watching this I can see that I NEED to get a scorer wheel tool for it! :D
Thank you for sharing this secret!
ОтветитьMy head just exploded. WOW thank you.
ОтветитьOh my, you make the process so clear! I can visualize things in 3-D pretty well, and follow patterns that other people create, but creating one myself always seemed like a lot of work to figure out. Now I see that it is fairly simple, if I follow a process like yours. Thank you for sharing this.
ОтветитьWhat a great and helpful tutorial!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and skills ❤️
ОтветитьGreat tutorial. I love it. Thanks a lot.
ОтветитьHi all! Math and I are not compatible, never have been! I just made my first box using this video and it actually looks like a box! To be honest I did cut off the wrong tabs and somehow ended up with an extra inch high but it fit my mouse great! LOL Thank you, MayMay!
ОтветитьYou can sandwich the two bottom/side tabs between the two other front/back flaps so they don't stock up and get in the way. That would also give the box extra stability.😊
ОтветитьThanks a bunch!
ОтветитьThanks Maymay for this video. I believe it will help a lot of people
ОтветитьThank you Maymay. I found this to be very clear and helps me understand the process better. Would you please also do a tutorial on a self lidded box? I just can’t get my head around it!
ОтветитьThis is great, Thanks!
ОтветитьFor items about this size this is a great use of paper- it looks like you would be able to get 2 boxes out of a sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 paper
ОтветитьThanks for sharing the process of a one sheet box! This will be great for any gift giving.
ОтветитьThis is totally amazing! Thank you! I can't wait to try this, making boxes have been challenging for me, but I'm not giving up!
ОтветитьThis was so helpful!!! Thank you so much for teaching us!!!
ОтветитьThis is so great. Thank you for teaching the process of making a custom sized box. You are an amazing teacher! ❤
ОтветитьGreat video, seeing this process is so helpful.
ОтветитьWOW I LOVE IT
ОтветитьThis was a great tutorial! I also learned several years ago how to make a box out of a greeting card! It's great for small items like earrings etc.
ОтветитьOMGosh you made this so clear for me! Thank you thank you!
ОтветитьMy favorite part of crafting is making boxes for my projects and I draw all my boxes out before assembly. I also keep my sketches in a notebook 🤭. It helps! TFS 💕💕💕
