This is the Qigong Massage Legs.
Practicing this Qigong will help you to Relax Legs and Feet, Keep Qi and Blood of Legs flowing good again, Strengthen Legs and Feet and Keep your Feet Warm.
You can Practice 5-10 minutes during Break Time or after the walk and hike. It is wonderful to take a break from internet, computer, and devices to enjoy this exercise.
