It’s not unusual to see bears, deer, elk, rabbits and coyotes in western Canada.
ОтветитьI think topic based Livestream is excellent! Or an additional video series on top of your regular video schedule. It doesn't have to be livestream as long as you can keep up with questions in comments and state in advance how long you'll be available for Q&A
ОтветитьYes Chrome as technology and new challenges arise all the time. I was going to ask if you have security camera suggestions for the van, wireless with night vision and mounted easily.
ОтветитьI tried discount code but it wouldn’t work. Is it for anything ?
ОтветитьIf you lived in the states you would get the knock! Ppl would call in on you or think you was messing around with there stuff only place really is to sleep at a rest stop the same one truckers use
ОтветитьTo me, what might help in deciding how to fix up a van would be the things you tried and they DIDN'T work. I'd say maybe one or two a month maximum. You video so many other things we enjoy as well. But, a few here and there would help the newbies and the wanna-bees decide what to do.
ОтветитьTrying to purchase the Jackery products but can’t seem to purchase using the 5% discount. Can you please explain how to purchase this and get the extra 5% off?
I click on the Canadian site but there’s no extra 5% off deal that I can see. I’m probably doing something wrong 🤦🏼♀️
i thank you should ask amanda abought her fears and needs and make content on it that will cover the questions
ОтветитьWhat's up weirdos..
ОтветитьI like you explaining these things once in a while. Like this video you added a new perspective cuz your rig is no longer "stealthy". So not quite the exact same content as you did when you first started. But channels that constantly or only do "van life how to" type videos all the time can get boring after a while. So a mix of your regular "day in the life" vlogs plus "vanlife" education is perfect:)
ОтветитьChrome I admire the life you live and the beautiful places you go to. The difficult part for me would be funding a place to park daily. I so appreciate a home base. I am living vicariously through your vanlife journey.
ОтветитьBRO,ONE THING I CAN SAY YOU COULD DO IS ARTICULATE THE MENTAL BASICS SOME US OVER LOOK OR TAKE FOR GRANTED. YOU WELL SPOKEN
ОтветитьChrome, I’d love to see you do a podcast. Once a month or so with a different guest. Trade out between an experienced van liver one podcast and the next time a convo with a beginner.
ОтветитьCruzie is as brave as a lion!
ОтветитьHoly cow....that was one huge Black Bear!! Your channel has grown, you've grown, but your van life has remained the same. You've made changes to your home, and to your life that are beneficial. Keep on keepin'on...can't wait to see what you do on the ambo! Cheers from Ontario 🫶🫶
Ответить“Camperize it” new term!
ОтветитьLove all your videos Chrome . I also love hearing about basics .Also info when your on the road . Like where you stayed, and if it cost anything ,road conditions , fuel prices etc . 😊
ОтветитьI’d like to hear more about the basics…again. Partially because many things have changed, I.e. so many new products geared towards van lifers as well as the stories from some campers saying that they are no longer welcome in many areas, especially north-eastern Canada.
ОтветитьCruzy looks so cute back there on the bed sleeping. ☺☺🐶 . Karen from Canada
ОтветитьChrome, yes. A back to basics would be nice. If you can cover basic power, security, pets, cooking, what works and what doesn't. Just a basic overview of essentials to make vanlife a bit more comfortable for those who are starting. We have lots of displaced people due to natural disasters and this would be a great tutorial
ОтветитьDo you let the authorities know a bear is in the area? So they can RELOCATE the bear or at least put out an alert for citizens and keep it from hurting anyone?
ОтветитьYes!! Please. Back to the basics.
ОтветитьDo basics every so often.
Separating toilets 👍
People have moved into bear territory. Now they hsve nowhere to go.
ОтветитьVan life on a Wednesday for 3 months
ОтветитьNice
ОтветитьTime for you to write a book...a best seller!!!
ОтветитьLet's go back to the basics
ОтветитьWrite a book! OR Write several books, each with a few related topics. YES, you could do it! Just do it !!!
ОтветитьIt’s been a minute since you’ve featured a tour of someone else’s van. Discussing the basics can come up with different ways people go about them.
ОтветитьCan you make a play list of the basics? If the basics are reviewed, that's just more videos subject mater, right.
ОтветитьYou do have a wealth of information about living in a van full time. This seems to be something that more and more people are having to "choose" whether they want to or not as housing has become such an issue of late. Have you ever considered pitching a show idea to something like the Knowledge Network? I have no idea how that would work, but it seems like an extremely relevant topic. You would make a great host for such a show and you could include not only your own knowledge, but that of other long term van-lifers. Just a thought.
ОтветитьYou rock! I haven't watched for a while... I am back. You are so much fun!
ОтветитьI love the informational videos. I’d like to see more day-to-day stuff!!
ОтветитьPoor bear is starving, people need to start planting tons and tons and tons of fruit trees throughout all the forests for them.
Ответить❤🎉🙏🏻
ОтветитьSomething you may also want to touch on is how things are done ( differently) by region. Following the weather and such. Folks in your kneck of the woods do things vastly differently than the majority of Van lifers down here in the lower 48. Super interesting.
Stay safe
Doesn't hurt to talk basics once in a while. I'm not a van camper person, I have a travel trailer, but I love your content and knowledge. I consider myself an "outdoor enthusiast" ✌️
ОтветитьIts not that your bothering anyone ... you don't just don't want them bothering you.
ОтветитьYes Please, we are getting ready to start full time van life in December, need all the help we can get.
ОтветитьI love your van!
Ответитьwell, i hiked a lot and it was a spade then,.... that would work too, to save using up bags and cleaning up etc, if your in a isolated place.
ОтветитьA couple of moose ran around the Boston suburbs this summer. People got great video. Apparently, Massachusetts has around a 4000+ population. Crazy.🇺🇲🇨🇦
ОтветитьI was thinking it would be interesting to see videos of Amanda’s process of building out her van. The thinking and the doing. Along with your helping with the thinking. An expert advisor and a newbie who is also a woman.
ОтветитьThis has made my day thank you both ❤️
ОтветитьHii
ОтветитьThat’s scary!!! The bear!!!
ОтветитьNothing says van life like a curtain behind the seats or window covers.
Work vans have a bulk head or nothing.
You can remain invisible in any car with slightly tinted windows and a black sheet over your head.
