Why do anything if we all die?

I think we are just working hard so that ultimately we can build / find / or create a comfortable place to die.

for one to say why does life matters? which in fact it does matter especially when you have been given a body that illuminates the temple of god and you take this one life one body and inject evil in it! off course the way you lived this life definitely matters in the end. when it is all said and done what does your creator think of you is the most important question one should ask daily in this life.

I've come to the realization that life is a game of survival. Every day we wake up and go to work so we can pay bills and have food and a place to live. Sure we have family and friends, hobbies and down time but we spend most of our time trying to survive. Everyone has their own way of doing it. It just seems so pointless and almost planned out to me.

Its very freeing. A big sight of relief. Now i can start living my life

First, there is no such thing as death. This body is not "you". If I point to your hand and ask you a question, whose hand is it? You answer, it's my hand. Who is the mysterious "you" behind this sentence. "My" + "hand" are two different things. My house (you are not a house), my car (you are not a car), my hand (you are not a hand). It's just a space suit so you can exist in this lower frequency plane of time, space and matter. Imagine a puppet theater, you are at the top pulling the strings (an intelligent living thinking being) and after cutting the strings the puppet dies (your body) but the string puller lives on. That's exactly what happens. In short: The meaning of life is to constantly develop through different experiences. Every action has a consequence that follows you after you leave your body, and your future level of consciousness depends on the decisions you made. Real life happens on the other side. Human experience is only short-lived. This is the only way to progress since everything is static in the afterlife. Again, in short: the best way to live your life is to show love (high frequency action). EGOISTIC is the worst way (low frequency).

I wish this was true, I have kids and responsibilities and everything I do impacts their future

Im so close to my breaking point there is nothing in this world that makes me want to live anymore. domesticated humans developed depression and anxiety because we arent suppost to live this way and im done doing it

hopefully immortality is solved soon by science so this "we gonna die" thing stops and we actually have a reason for doing stuff because we will rip the benefits in the future for ourselves

Assuming that you have achieved something may be 10 years down the line, you would feel happy about it probably. But what if you haven't achieved anything and get depressed it all comes back to the same question-why do and get depressed? May be it all starts at setting expectations in the beginning saying its ok if I dont succeed in doing something. But again where's motivation if you have already set such a low tone to starting something. Its just a vicious cycle I feel. Don't die but suffer living?

I personally just don’t understand why we live in this world that I wasn’t asked to be born into and then I get all of his trauma and I get shit on by people again I didn’t ask to and then I have to make money just to pay my rent and so I’m here for what again???????

I just can't wait to die so i can finally be at peace, i struggle everyday for some reason with anxiety even doing the basic things like getting haircut or going to the gas station my heart starts beating fast then my face gets really hot and sweaty it's just something that always happens whenever i know i have to go somewhere where i know there's going to be peope about, it sucks because i have no control over this and it's just making my life too exhausting for me

I keep juggling with both ways of perception of life just the way you have described it. The only thing that makes me realise what life is all about, it’s just being kind to others, do good and no harm to the people around you and the people who knows you. This is the only achievement I feel is the greatest for me to really settle down understanding the ‘purpose’ of life. Rest of the life just simply goes on.

I was feeling inspired until you got to the word income. We’re only genetically predisposed to believe that we need money because the choice to not use it has been removed from our list of options. There’s no point in existing in as arcane a system as one based on monetary value. Income is what’s destroyed the planet ever persons “need” for income. Not for the natural resources the planet would already produce if we weren’t poisoning it into the ground.

All I want out of life is a good motorcycle and the time and money to travel comfortably and if you see me working that's why, to make enough money for a good tune up,tires,hotel, and insurance money and as much as I ride every few years a new bike,cash.once I have all that in place,which usually takes a year or so because I inherited the house ive been in since birth and make good money,but anyway I'm quitting whatever im doing and going for a six or seven month ride from early spring till the beginning of winter and getting low on funds then Ill go home and work for a year or so.ive been to all the lower 48 canada and mexico currently riding an Africa twin and a fjr 1300 depending on where im going to do.

Trying to understand the point of asking a question in a video and then changing it and never really answering it. What's the point?

I asked this question to myself when I was 7 years old. I'm 33 years old now and I still have no idea what the point of life is.

I just view life as a game. In the end it wont matter, but Im sure gonna enjoy myself while I AM here. 💁

As an atheist, I came to the realization that when you die, It will be as before you were born...you don't exist...for eternity...but it is far better than to be eternally tortured in hell, or to forever have an existence of doing nothing more than praising an entity...

I ask this every day… what’s the point? I only feel calm and ‘at home’ in nature with animals. Animals focus on the basics of survival, and enjoying the day. Not all this stupid consumerism, ‘hard work’, money, climbing pointless ‘career ladders’ etc…

My goal ...inspired by living in USA ,...is to give humanity and the earth the best ingredients for compost ever.

1. Nothing you do is gonna matter you aren't important you can't change fate;
2. We aren't special or "unique" and nothing we do alter the life of others;
3. You will die making zero insignfance to society nothing you do matter.
Life is not like "anime" or a story nothing you do will ever matter in the great plan of things.
