ОтветитьI am suffering from wrist tendenities since 2 months I tried physiotherapy as well and doctor just kept needles on fingers and on back of neck it did work but soon getting same pain. So If I try this is there any possibility for cure or will I get worsen more ???

ОтветитьHi doctor Jo at around the 4 minutes mark on the video when I pull my fingers back ,here I have the most pain across my wrist and up my arm , what can I do to relieve this..the pain started after incorrect grip during bench pressing...no pain in my daily life untill i do the stretch I've just mentioned

ОтветитьI have stiffness hand after hand bone fracture hard to bring my fingers to be normal with complicated tension tendon and swelling, oh my god with too much pain every day!

ОтветитьI have problems with tendinitis in the elbows some am already doing some of these exercises already. It looks like some of what can be seen is stuff that I am going to want to what I am already doing in terms of occupational therapy exercises. Thank you.
ОтветитьI've been having wrist and forearm pain for over a month now and that's spread up to my elbow recently. I don't even know what to do at this point. Doing these exercises is quite painful. My Dr recommended this sort of thing prior to the spread to my elbow, but is it really supposed to hurt this bad? Has anyone else experienced this? I keep hearing loud cracks and snaps in my forearm and elbow. I've always had the cracks in my wrist with movement, but these are way louder and harder.

ОтветитьI want to say thanks. Sincere thank you for this help. I've had acute tendonitis for nearly two years from a repetitive work injury. At times i could hardly pour a cup of tea my grip was so weakened. Even tiny tasks like washing hands and handling the remote were excruciating. Driving? Pain. It came and went and i never knew what might trigger a complete agonizing relapse. After investigating i came across this video and in three days i am at least 95% better. Still a little sore and tenderness, but nowhere near the pain i had four days ago. Incredible. It is demoralizing to live through this type of pain and not knowing if it will ever go away. Now i have optimism that the end of this ordeal is near. Not out of the woods yet, but what a turnaround. Maybe someone in a similar situation will find this and rebound as i have. Can't thank you enough. This works. Do it. Never give up.
ОтветитьI quit three-forths of the way through because my hand and wrist pain was gone and I did not want to overdue it (something that I am prone to do), and because I had just worked through Dr. Jo's video on releaving hand pain before starting Dr. Jo's wrist tendonitis video. I will work up to the full wrist tendonitis video but the two videos have already provided relief for my achy hands and wrists. Thank you Dr. Jo!

ОтветитьI injured my wrist years ago as a teen when doing laundry (heavy stuffed shirt, my hand bent a way it shouldn't have), and I also happen to draw a lot, so I've had a lot of wrist pain for years. I did some of these (gotta get some of the extra stuff), I instantly felt better. Thanks so much for this! It feels so much better after a couple of satisfying cracks. :)

ОтветитьThank you for these. There's still pain especially near the wrist and thumbs but am glad with the range of movement I'm seeing in both hands. Been having wrist pain for a month now. Will have myself checked soon. I'm pregnant and kind of disregarded the pain cause some said it's normal. 😅🙏🏻

i hopefully you see this, i have a doctors appt soon don't worry but i am kinda anxious as of now so would love advice. my wrist is clicking every time i clench into a fist and go up and down is this tendonitis or smth like a carpal boss or ganglion cyst? sorry for lack of details not a lot of pain but a good amount of discomfort comes from a lot of clicking that isn't going away even with icr

ОтветитьOk wow i have to leave you a thank you comment because i went into this doubting you and i feel soooo much better already. I stopped at 6min into the video to write this, also because my wrist hurts too much for any strength training yet but man i hurt it real bad at work the other day (electrician, we have to play contortionists sometimes) and discovered it was acute tendonitis. Your stretches are incredible for it!!! Thanks again :)
ОтветитьHi thank you for the great stretches. I have both carpel and tendinitis.. the dr confirmed it but it has since gone away and now has returned recently as I am cleaning houses now. It is full blown and wakes me up in the middle of the night with pain and numbness.. extending up into my elbow. Even with a brace.. should I go have it re-evaluated? Should I do these stretches before work or after? Thank you!
ОтветитьMan, this is so helpful. I injured myself from working out 4 months ago and the pain lasted quite a while. Even after heating it with a hot water pack throughout that time, the recovery process was very gradual and slow.
These exercises really help with relieving the stress, especially once you start adding more weight and getting comfortable with it
Wow Thankyou so much! My wrist was bothering me today. This is a new pain. Although I have been told from my Rheumatologist having me do blood work,I have rheumatoid arthritis. I never really had any symptoms, except for my rare eye disease, the doctors think might be connected. I also have a pain in my big toe do i constantly feel like I have to crack to relieve the pain. I’m on methotrexate and Humira, for my eye disease, and my rheumatologist say the Humira should help with the RA . I subscribed! Less then half way through the video you helped me relieve the pain I had aching all day. :-)
