ОтветитьI lived in Indonesia, and for years I've been working the 2Mile or 3Mile walk at home at least 5 days a week using Lesli's program. I really enjoyed, and it works so well, makes me healthier nd slimmer. Thank you Ms Leslie ❤❤. Will also try doing this.

ОтветитьDecided to do this today versus my daily 1 hour walk, due to thunderstorms here. It was fun and surprisingly challenging. Totally loved it! Will do these indoor walks from now on whenever there's inclement weather!❤❤❤

ОтветитьGratitude for this training!! I'm very overweight and with pain in my sciatica and calcaneus spur, I work a lot and I can't go to the gym, so I'm waking up earlier to do those 3 miles, along with a good diet I intend to lose a lot of weight!
