Sorry what number u setting for F and speed miss? Nice shot just with one light, beautiful portrait
ОтветитьAmazing videos. Tons of lessons crammed into one video. Emily seems like a great teacher and easy to work with
ОтветитьHi Emily, thank you for this tutorial - I’ll definitely be trying to incorporate some of these concepts in my next shoot. Thank you for showing the difference between hard and soft light.
Do you have any recommendations for a light for a one light set up like this that still has a modelling light but suits a tight budget?
I really like your Clips, but It’s hard to concentrate and follow, because of the much to loud, annoying, distracting background Music.
ОтветитьWhat brand is the textured background?
ОтветитьGood video, but the background music was more than I could handle.
ОтветитьWhy 6.3 aperture ? Not wider aperture
ОтветитьJust feels like an ad for V-flats. I've never seen a tutorial where reflectors were mentioned so many times. The point of a one light setup video is, as she said, for folks with less equipment.... so it's not really helpful to those folks if her answer to everything is a pair of giant, room-sized panels.
ОтветитьThis is an excellent video 👍 love the explanation, beautiful pictures 📸 awesome work 👏
ОтветитьThank you so much, Emily. I love watching your videos for inspiration and instruction :-)
ОтветитьI liked her cheekbone highlight; how critical is makeup relative to lighting?
ОтветитьThanks Emily for explaining beautifully....I have one question can I shoot by keeping the service lights on...
ОтветитьThis is awesome. I like the experiment like this. Really good for beginner.
ОтветитьSo helpful!! I need to buy a V flat now...
ОтветитьWonderful instruction! You make it look easy! Thanks for this sort of content.
ОтветитьIt was a nice presentation but I had to lower the volume and see the Close Captions because the background music was too annoying. sorry. I believe she is the best of the Adorama instructors.
ОтветитьI don’t understand the difference between top of the light and bottom of the light 💡 they somewhere you say prefer to get bottom of the light
ОтветитьThe music is disturbing.
ОтветитьThank you for the informative and well-produced video. I love the grey mottled backdrop - and was going to ask you who manufactured it. But then I decided to read through the comments assuming that someone had already asked - and sure enough, someone did. ☺️ Does your friend paint these for sale? I’d love to have one exactly like the one she painted.
Ответитьfabulous! thank you for the effort and the sharing. as a flash newbie (actually i am terrified of flash!), perhaps a YT vid for us. are you concerned about the ambient light in the space? capture one for the tethering support? always FF? how much resolution is enough? i am an appreciative subscriber. stay well. thumbs
ОтветитьGreat! Thanks for sharing your skills for me to learn!
ОтветитьHow do you automatically transfer to your computer?
ОтветитьReally helpful with the explanation of each setup! Thank you, Emily and Adorama for these great tutorials :)
ОтветитьGreat presentation Emily👏 Well done. Learnt a lot🙏
Ответитьlove this, you packed so many informations in this video!
ОтветитьWow! Killed it!
ОтветитьLot of people whinging about the music. I didn't even notice it! Excellent video, Emily - thank you for being so thorough and showing your decision-making process as you went along. It's a really useful insight.
ОтветитьHey friend, nice to see you on screen! Simplicity, is your motive and what is really best for portraits and beauty. Great video!
ОтветитьThank you Adorama and Emily for this tutorial
ОтветитьNicely put together (except for the music). Straight to the point without any unnecessary chitchat or joking. Please do more like this!
ОтветитьEmily is fantastic at this, and I love the video but the background music looping is so distracting.
ОтветитьGood video with well explained examples, however that music is really annoying. If you don't want to remove it, turn in down so it isn't so obtrusive.
ОтветитьGreat tutorial. Where did you get your backdrop?
Ответитьgreat stuff enjoyed seeing the different setups - I wondered about the lightstand and boom arm combo is that a particular brand I can lookup looks sturdy without being full on C-stand?
ОтветитьGreat job Em. Keep up the great work.
ОтветитьHow to stop that backgrouund musik??? Could not watch the video till the end....my nerves...
ОтветитьWhat a crisp and clear explanation. Thank you
ОтветитьFantastic explanation!! Nice and slow and thorough. Ty for sharing.
ОтветитьGreat Video Emily! Very inspirational! Thanks you for share with us.
ОтветитьThis is so cool Emily! Thank you for sharing insights and tips for one light setups!!
ОтветитьHi, may I ask which light stand she is using?
ОтветитьVery fluid presentation. She really knows what she's talking about. Cool & relaxed tone of voice too. Thank you.
ОтветитьAmazing, amazing tutorial! Thank you for this!
ОтветитьKnow the light and anyone will master photography in any genre.
ОтветитьDid You use a light meter?
ОтветитьExcuse me, isn't it a little underexposed
Ответитьwheres the backdrop from?
ОтветитьSorry, you speaking fast and the background musik is so load, so i can not understand, what you say.
