The best JRPG on switch! Love it!

I'm not sure how to say this, emotions run so strong every time I hear the music from this incredible game. But please spare me a moment to read what I have to say.

To the developer ( I guess) of this wonderful masterpiece!

Let me start off. I can't say I've ever wanted to reach out and personally give a development team a hug before, but this game blew me away!!! Lately we've all become accustomed to the garbage that keeps getting thrown out on a yearly conveyer belt, automated and monetized trash that just never works or feels like intended.

This game hit different parts of me all at the same time. The sensation right off the bat was amazing and refreshing. I know the formula is nothing new, Final Fantasy 7 is and was my number one game of all time so I'm very familiar with the playstyle. The storyline was engaging and made you feel! The battle system was intuitive but yet simple. But where did those times go? I'm pushing late 30's and the only well developed piece of gaming mastery to even tickle my number one spot has now arrived gloriously! It takes me back in ways you can't imagine.

I was the child that sat there in my room, ignored playing outside as best I could and savoured the world of video games and epic stories. Fiction and fantasy was my thing. This game has it all, so many good stories, 8 of them! The diversity between the playstyles and ability to mix things up is incredible. And what of the soundtrack? 10/10. I didn't really have a top 3 for soundtracks before being hit with this game, but rest assured it's now number one.

It's hard to listen to the soundtrack without feeling the urge to play again. I've played through 3 times in just under 18 months and it's too fresh in my mind to start a new playthrough. I can't wait until the memory fades so I can start again. Just me, my favourite drink and the world of Orsterra.

Thank you so much for this great game. Sometimes you lose hope, but along comes something you didn't even know you was waiting for. From one RPG/JRPG fan to another, I CANT WAIT to see more from this! I urge everyone to give this game a shot. Bring your mum, your dad, your brothers sisters friends dogs and hamsters. It's a game for everyone, and that's how it should be!

The time has passed. The GOTY in Original Sounds Tracks was for Red Dead Redemption II. I personally prefer a million of times this OST, really!! It transmits all the spirit of the golden era of RPG improved (if this is possible) For me and many people, the GOTY for best OST was Octopath Traveler. Red Dead Redemption OST was a mode, Octopath Traveler OST was a classic becoming a legend

I've been playing this game non-stop since it launched and the music is undeniabley my favourite part!

The game is great, the music even greater. The boss transitions are truly magnificent and give my the goose bumps everytime i hear them. Final Fantasy 6, Bravely Default and the Xenoblade serie's have great music... But this is could turn out to be the best rpg soundtrack ever imo.
