So if I book an off-plan($2M in total) apartment from Sobha with 10% booking fee, will I be eligible for golden visa with just 10% payment? What documents do I need to get from Sobha to apply for the visa?

Bro are you sure about that Dubai is issuing visa on 750k ?

As per updated criteria Dubai is only issuing 10 year golden visa on 2M investment.
750k is no more available and many people are already in queue waiting for that.

Wrong info. 750k visa is now 2 years and it doesn't have to be fully paid, just 50% paid is enough. The rest being a mortgage of course.

750K option can be taken via mortgage 20_80 option is also available which was told to me by Sobha constructions we need more clarity also the visa duration is 2 years please give some clarification!!
