I never realized I could get the zig zag affect just buy using the V stitch and changing colors each row. How clever.
ОтветитьGreat Tutorial!! Thank you!
ОтветитьThank you for showing a color change, too.
ОтветитьHello once again you have taught me to do a stitch that I thought I would never do. thank you very much you're an excellent teacher and I'm looking forward to making this blanket have a lovely day😊
ОтветитьI really love your tutorial❤ Btw I wanna ask if I can use this pattern for making bag?
ОтветитьThank you for the V stitche and the inverted V. The regular is a little easier for a beginner, but the inverted is nice too. Takes concentration to make sure you are pulling the 2 DC ❤️
ОтветитьDoes this need to be in multiples of 3? I can't recall and can't locate it.
ОтветитьI love the v stitch for donation blankets. It is pretty, and works up quickly. ❤
ОтветитьGoona try this thank you for sharing. I enjoy the way you explain. And you speak so clearly and slow enough❤❤
ОтветитьThank you so much!!! Beautiful instructions!!! Nice close up pictures...
ОтветитьYou are the best instructor! Thanks!
ОтветитьI’m always looking for an easy stitch. My daughter is a vet tech for a veterinarian and she asked me to make some blankets she can use for her patients that cross over the rainbow bridge. She wanted something more personal than wrapping people’s pets in a towel.
ОтветитьHow do you add a foundation stitch around thr blanket and border?
ОтветитьThank you so much. I was stuck, you were very helpful
ОтветитьDo you mean treble stitch in
u k terms ? Thank you
What size hook?
ОтветитьLove this ❤❤
ОтветитьThanks for the video, it’s super easy to follow :)
ОтветитьExcellent
ОтветитьI have been a knitter all my life but really wanted to try crochet. Thank you SO much for your incredible way of showing crochet. Your unique teaching is absolutely fantastic and very inspiring. You have helped me so much. Thank you again 🥰
ОтветитьI love this stitch. It works up so fast. ❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьThank you for this stitch, it is amazingly beautiful but so easy. And does not use a lot of yarn. Thank you for not using the music and not talking while you are stitching, it makes it so easy to be able to follow. Best vid of them all.
ОтветитьI just knew I would find a quick easy blanket , this is no strain on my hands, or my aged brain. Thank you once again for another easy gift.
ОтветитьLoving this stitch! I'm making a scarf with this stitch and it's coming along great!
ОтветитьLove it.
ОтветитьThank you 😊😊😊
ОтветитьYou are such a PHENOMINAL TEACHER AND SO TALENTED!!!!!!! Tfs this my next blanket is this stitch
ОтветитьWhat border would look good on this blanket?
ОтветитьHad never been that interested in the V stitch but I have definitely missed out! This is a great stitch and simple to do whilst watching telly! I love the colour choices you use Robin! Thanks for the great tutorial x
ОтветитьYou teach so well
ОтветитьYou're a awesome teacher n great camera closeness❤❤
ОтветитьHello, may you be well. Can you please do a tutorial of the iris Stitch if you know it? Or can you do the Irish Stitch using this same concept? I have looked up Iris stitches and different people are saying different things about the foundation on the Chain where you go back into chain 5 and then you skip over to chain for so it's very confusing for me and the way you're doing this and showing it in a slow manner helps a great deal because not only are you explaining what you're doing but I'm able to see it slowly period and that helps a lot because it's very frustrating when there are so many tutorials but everybody's saying something different and or not being slow enough or not showing what they mean about going back into which chain to do it. Thank you very much for your time and effort
ОтветитьI always sew in the ends as I go . I checked to make sure that I'm happy with the section I just made and then I go ahead and sew in the ends it's a lot less hassle later .
ОтветитьI’ve been a knitter for roughly 20 years but wanted to learn to crochet. I’ve watched a few of your videos over and over then just dived right in. I’ve already made 2 baby blankets this past month and working on a big blanket for myself. You make it all so easy to understand and follow along! Thanks so much! 😊
ОтветитьI love it!! I used Red heart blacklight yarn for the whole blanket & I made an elephant border in black😍
ОтветитьTy robin!❤
ОтветитьThis was way too fast and hard to follow - won’t be crocheting anytime soon
ОтветитьWhat size needle are you using and what thickness of wool?¿?¿?¿?¿?¿?¿?¿?¿
ОтветитьWhat is your favorite yarn (acrylic or cotton) to use for a baby blanket? And what size needle?
ОтветитьThank you for this tutorial! I am halfway through the blanket that I am making. (6 - 283 gram skeins) it is so beautiful!!!
ОтветитьHow do you do a decrease stitch?
ОтветитьI've made so many blankets but come back to the V-stitch every time. So simple and not heavy on yarn. Thank you.
ОтветитьSo v stich is like a modified granny square stich?
ОтветитьI appreciate SO much the way you organize your channel on you tube. Especially the recap of the pattern stitch! Due to having a brain stroke a couple years ago I have a memory issue and learning new things. Sso the ease of repeating the pattern is great. I'm not good at negotiating you tube
Thanks Vegas Nana🎉
Thanks!
ОтветитьThanks so much. I'm trying to learn crochet after 40 plus years of knitting.😢 it's been difficult. Great video🎉
Nana in Vegas
What size yarn are you using in the video please.?? When i looked it up i believe it says it's a 4 medium but it almost looks like a 5 bulky to me
ОтветитьWhat do you recommend as a border for a blanket made with the v stitch
ОтветитьThanks Robin for all your help. I made a beautiful scarf thanks to my teacher ❤ I'm not sure where I can upload a picture of it. It was my second scarf. Just new at crochet.
