As a Filipino, when someone pointed out that Filipinoes tend to stare at people because they are curious, I was about to say otherwise, but then I remembered that every person I know, I included, do tend to stare at people. We're what you call "Malikut ang mga mata", meaning our eyes tend to wander everywhere, and I mean everywhere.
