Trust me bro, change your beans. Try specialty coffee beans. Starbucks beans is dark roast. It will punch your heart tho😳. Try some medium or light roast.

just a tip plzz dont use a metal fork in your poor pan its going to scratch and remove the non stick layer ! also eggs taste way better and more more uniform if you whisk in a separate bowl them before you put them in the pan

If you enjoy ice coffee over hot, try Japanese style ice coffee; you place about 40% of total brew weight of ice into the Cheney first then brew the coffee with other 60% of water, it flash freezes and is mucccch better than cold brew (imo)
