I definitely have this. Broken falsetto since I graduated middle school, now im 21 and it seems chronic.

i bet he got those nodes from being pushed to sing too much, too high, all the time.......o god.....what a beautiful voice...please dont let people push you to sing beyond your limits

I can sing high falsetto notes up to Eb5 without any real issue, but if I try to sing fuller density even below c4 an annoying rasp sets in. Does that mean I have nodes or what's going on??

Update: the rasp went away after about a month and a half although it does come back a bit if I push too much

what about cracking,,,, i noticed that now i often cracking from E4 and above (Im a baritone)... especially when sustaining a note, the cracking chance can be reduced by sustains it with vibrato.... But i dont have any raspyness or sqeaking like the girl in the video... Do you think it was a nodule or what, Dr. Bastian?

I think I have vocal cord nodules. I'm in the tourism and spend roughly 8 hours a day talking loudly over boat engines and loud crowds. With about thirty minute breaks between trips. I suffer from Chronic hoarseness, and bad voice quality.

Hello, Dr Bastian! A biopsy has been done due to laryngeal mass and results said sialadenosis/ SYN: adenomatoid hyperplasia.. Autoimmune disease has been ruled out. What usually cause this and usual treatment. Thank you.

I had one surgically removed a year ago. 100% better now. Just trying to gasp to talk wore me out until I got the little booger removed.
