I have seen many documentaries about that case. But this 48 hours clip is by far the worst and botched summary of it I have seen until now

Great episode. But I am surprised you left out one of the most compelling pieces of evidence, which was the way Creighton closed the case against Alex.
In Alex’s interviews, when he walked through the timeline of the night of the murders, he describes checking the bodies and then says he called 911.
But his car’s data indicated the time he came to a stop at the kennels. And comparing this time with the time of his 911 call, it was clear that there was no time to check the bodies before calling 911. (The logical inference is that as soon as he pulled up, he called 911 because he already knew they were dead, given that he shot them before racing to his Mother’s.)
Alex tried to reinterpret his responses in the interviews, but it was futile. He was caught in yet another lie.

My disappointment when I clicked on this video and realized I had already watched all three of the episodes included in this video 😔💕

Murdaugh -- just the fact they didn't run a gunshot residue test or put Alex into an interrogation room the very night of the murders ..proves that even the sled agency hadn't decided if Alex was too big to fall...
And then it took what? Nineteen months or something for them to finally charge him for the murders? Only after the money embezzlement and Paul's kennel video had come to light. Then they were willing to risk indicating him because he had enough ppl mad at him now because of the theft of millions of dollars. Luckily he lied about being at the kennels and intimidated the housekeeper at his mother's into feeling she had to change the times he came and went.

It's obvious to the outside world how crooked that whole family was. The county and even the STATE had no intention of charging Alex as evidenced by the way they Didn't treat him as a suspect the first night when it was plain and obvious that he was the killer. Too powerful to fall. He still was , for many months afterwards.

Also Kerrie and her dad were to be codefendants. They should have been legally forbidden from ever having contact again. That way at least it's better insured he won't manipulate her again in the future.
