That's what i am hearing. Points for versatility. The gain and eq seem to have a pretty wide and tweakable range.
But idk how $ RRP. If it is $200+ AUD, forget it.

Do the bass and tone controls function like a Baxandall eq?

Sounds so good. I have too much of this crap already. My right side of my brain knows i have 5 or 6 great boosts and overdrives...already.
Meanwhile my left brain plots how to fit one on my board

I have this pedal and love it for clean boost and mid gain od. Do you guys have a recommendation for a 2nd overdrive from your line I can pair with it to get more of a low end high gain overdriven sound?

To be fair I gave it a second listen with my Beyerdynamic headphones. With hundreds of overdrive pedals out there it’s hard to be a stand out. This pedal is running with the pack. My $0.02.

I own this drive and I loooove it. It spoke to my heart from the very beginning and I'm glad I trusted my instincts!

This pedal is so so good! Dirt, definition, sustain, zero muddy... it is unbelievable! The Westwood stacks really well with the Speaker Cranker into it!

Will this stack well with Plumes?

It's hard to digest that a single pedal maker makes both this and plumes. Guys I am impressed. Very very impressed. I will probably buy both at some time

I got this thing like a year ago and haven't looked back. This thing is the best, I think it's the the only overdrive pedal (that I've used) where the gain knob is truly usable across it's full range from 0 to 100. That and the easy tone sculpting from the treble/bass knobs... I don't know how I used to live without it!

I got this cause i loved how it sounded in the demos, i happen to use an ac15 and yea, it’s been sounding good for me. Nice light indie crunch.

My always on pedal

I like the 20 db bass boost Westwood has. The drive has a rolling gain that isnt thin and static sounding. When I played this through a 2013 65 Fender Princeton Reverb Reissue Amp it had that room encompassing Wampler presence to it which usually only comes from amps that have gain dials built onto them. Coming from cheesy pedals (Animals Pedals overdrives, 3 series Distortion, Mosky stuff) I didnt expect that ordering one of these on a whim without the opportunity to try it first would sound so impressive
