In 2015, I was a sophomore in High School this map was pretty big of course Kevin and Elena were my first tastes into metal since the Black Ops days with 115. During that year and the reign of BO3, I was dating a person for a while who (still is my 2nd longest relationship, but my current one is 6x longer) I really liked, they dumped me the day before Spring Break in front of all my friends. It broke my whole character, and made me super embarrassed and paranoid, which is Superficially whinny in hindsight, but it did more than just break my heart at the time, it brought forth all the negative things about myself that I had no knowledge that made me insecure, this breakup ruined my high school experience and I acted unstable and insane trying to fill the void, I ended up hating this person for a long time, until like 4 years ago where I apologized to this person and buried the hatchet. That spring break in 2015, I grinded the hell outta bo3. I already had Dark Matter at that point, and I grinded the Hero gear for the specialists and played Zombies. This song reminds me of my return to school because this song dropped and I identified with it in a sad way, and I vividly remember a day where I stood outside of school on my favorite stump, and it was raining that spring rain and hearing through my headphones “Am I dead? Is it all over? There is no pain here.”
It’s one of those memories I have that remind me of sadness, but I love this song I just can’t listen to it often because of the hellish memory attached to it. These two make bad ass songs and they are a staple and the origin to my evolution of musical taste. 🤘🏻😎

My favorite Zombies Song without question. 115 is a very close second, but damn this song has a sense of celestiality to it that's just unmatched.
