Its not a strong interest, its an addiction.
ОтветитьSuper easy to understand video! The way you explain things is perfect for beginners. :)
I had to speedrun learning about mechanical keyboards today. 😂
Finally!! You explained this so perfectly.
Ответитьstrange reasoning, take reds coz they differ least from membrane keys... reds are worst exactly for this reason! browns are midway for new users, while truly mechanical feel will give you blues, which I remember from 80/90 era, when Cherry introduced famous MX series.
ОтветитьHey there! If you're looking for an efficient and versatile cleaning tool, I highly recommend checking out the HOTO Compressed Air Capsule. Its powerful suction and blowing capabilities make it great for maintaining a spotless desktop, car interiors, and more. Plus, with its compact size and multiple accessories, it's perfect for on-the-go use. Definitely worth considering!
Ответитьdo you know if some wireless keyboards are battery operated? or do you charge them by plugging them into the wall??
ОтветитьI'm a little nervous I've been using Brown keys on a full-size board but need more space because I have a new smaller desk so am moving to an ASUS Rog NX Scope Strix [80 percent] with Red switches Brown wasn't available.
ОтветитьGreat video. I just wanted to say, all the laptops I have experience with have been more like tactile switches, in that they have the peak of resistance at the top and there is a “break” a sudden drop in the force required to move the key further. I think the confusing thing about the Cherry MX browns is the peak resistance is not at the very beginning, so it feels more like a bump part way down.
Ответитьmy ears. This made my ears bleed. Atleast use a decent keyboard.
Ответитьalmost have one, ill wait 1more day
ОтветитьSuper helpful video!
Ответитьhow do i charge a wireless keyboard help
Ответитьcan you use the same frame and key caps, but start out with linear switches and later transition to tactile switches?
ОтветитьHi Ms. Lu. Do these keyboard have chinese characters? 🤔
Ответитьthere's a keyboard 'community'? 😂
ОтветитьWhat a great intro to the world of mech keyboards ! Thanks
Ответитьvery informative video! tysm
ОтветитьIs there something that is quiet but like the cherry browns?
ОтветитьI just bought “ZIYOU LANG RK-T8 Wired 65%” from Amazon. First mechanical keyboard so I’m not sure what to expect, but it’s awesome.
ОтветитьJUST Ordered the Air75, PayPal charged to China.... Hoping I recieve it...
Ответитьthank you for this perfect guide for beginners ! Personnaly i still feel like trying tactiles switches for my first mechanical keyboard even tho you are right it must feel weird at first
ОтветитьThis was very helpful. Video provided very good info
ОтветитьAnybody else end up here because they want to start doing aftermarket personalization to key-caps for mechanical keyboards? With paint/acrylic, clay, etc?? Anyone know where to find information on any of that? The best keypads to use as art medium/or "canvas" , if you will?
I just saw a lady with Disney characters on hers (Ariel assigned to "A", Ursula assigned to "U", Flounder assigned to "f", etc...
So now I have a MILLION ideas of themed keyboards I could be doing. Esp as it related to characters in games that are beloved to PC gamers! Gotta be a market for it, right? Or are the mechanical keyboards just TOO expensive as a base product to make it viable? Like, where I'll never get buyers because by the time I've invested in the base materials, art materials, and time- it will be too pricey to ever sell to anyone?
You're only using half your hands to type!!!! You can hit over 120 if u use ALL of your fingers. Also I recommend a wrist rest hovering your hands is also not too good for your hands
ОтветитьThe mechanical keyboard community 😂
ОтветитьThis video was really helpful! I'm getting a red switch mechnical keyboard now and I'm exited to see how I'll get along. I'm writing my BA thesis at the moment and I'm hoping to make the whole experience a little bit more fun haha
Ответитьyou type space bar with your index finger???
ОтветитьMy wife: "Why do you have 4 keyboards for only 2 computers???" Me: 😅
ОтветитьYou are soo beautiful ;)
ОтветитьThank you for explaining all of this! I got my first Bluetooth mechanical keyboard with red switches for my iPad Pro and I’m glad I learned more about it before I transition to it! Appreciate this review very much!
Ответитьi remember when i get into keyboard asmr and i really want to have myself a mechanical keyboard too. at that time i dont know the difference of membrane and mechanical and i thought as long as it makes noises then its mechanical and since i was broke at that time i search for the cheapest one i can get online and i saw one that gives you together with a mouse too. i thought wow thats a catch i'm gonna get this lmao. i was happy when i got it and i like the sound but after i get so into keyboard i finally learn things and found out my supposed to be mechanical keyboard is actually a membrane and i was so mad and disappointed. but now i finally able to get myself a real one and im waiting for it to arrived this week🥰
ОтветитьDamn i hate this video.
ОтветитьShould I get a cheap mechanical keyboard and expensive switches and keycaps or just spend the money to get a good keyboard
ОтветитьThanks for sharing!
I have been shopping around for a decent "thocky" keyboard that is quiet enough for online video meetings, has red switches, a white or aluminum frame, and a num pad.
I have several keyboards in mind and am open to advice and suggestions!
EPOMAKER TH98 (I love it but it is a bit pricey for me since I am at the beginner level and don't want to pour a lot of cash in this hobby right now)
LTC NB1041 Nimbleback (love how heavy it is, and it is hard for me to find fault—especially for the price)
ROYAL KLUDGE line of RK96, RK100, and RK100 Pro—with the CNC millled aluminum case—are all highly reviewed (and come in white)
I think you should do more mech keyboard insights and reviews. Love the way how you describe each detail. I enjoyed watching this video even though i'm not a beginner on mech keyboards
ОтветитьSo helpful - thanks! Excited to upgrade my keyboard :)
Ответитьoh my gosh you hit the space bar with your left thumb or right index finger! How unique ;)
ОтветитьMechanical keyboards 101. GREAT introduction! You pretty much hit every single important point in this video. Thank you :)
ОтветитьExcellent video!
ОтветитьThis was so helpful. I just started getting into mechanical keyboards because I work from home 90% of the time now and have been upgrading and revamping my office.
Thanks so much!
Good video but it was hard to watch you press the space bar with your index finger
ОтветитьI discovered this hobby around a year ago. Now I am typing on one of my 3 custom keyboards and waiting for my 4th to arrive. My current daily driver is a cannonkeys bakeneko60 with an aluminum plate, a 30a oring, spring swapped and lubed cherry hyperglide blacks, and it's wearing gmk hennessey with gmk pixel accents.
ОтветитьWhy do the linear switches still sound loud?
Ответитьomg! your a baby doll !!!!! and I picked up on your keyhboard speak so i subbed!
Ответитьi've been on a mechanical keyboard video binge, thank you for accommodating me, Wendy!
ОтветитьGreat breakdown! 👍🏾
ОтветитьThe way she has red switches and brown switches demonstrated and not blue switches, makes me happy >3
