they make a fool of you and then they your money, money you can spend anywhere and get actual good food, they serve you almost empty plate, just because they charge you alot of money people have to pretend that experience was just out of this world, One word to describe it is FUNNY

I know how good these chefs are and I know it's probably worth it, but I can't wrap my head around paying $500 for a single spear of asparagus and a couple dots of sauce

You can see they have some of the worst staff. There is no need for the silly speaches if your guy's really are masters of their trades.
