My favourite one’s so far are Absolutely burning, R.I.P abs,Abs with pillow and good day abs. if it’s not a lot to ask, maybe do more extreme ab workouts because I really like them all and some are getting a bit too easy for me from me repeating them.I’d really love it if you can do more extreme ab workouts❤ (p.s I would give this video a like but I already did:)))

Моя в 3 кг убила пресс на второй минуте
Изменено: пришлось держать удержания под углом 45, а не десять, иначе ноги тело просто поднимается, а ноги оказываются на полу. Делала остановки каждую минуту, так как нужно переставлять гантель.
Чуть ли не первый раз у меня пот льется после тренировки. И первый раз, наверное, не на кардио😅
