eKDSS won't be available with any 7 seater options (Luxury+, etc)?? What a miss by lexus. Many of us need a 3rd row and want the off road capability. The overtrail should come with a 7 seater option or the luxury+ should offer an eKDSS option. Seems lexus doesn't like customers with more than 2 kids. Lame.

This looks like a Landcruiser 100 series, I am absolutely in love, currently driving a 2017 GX460, might need a trade :) but I love my current GX

why is there no 3rd row though That is like an American must these days even though I don't need it its better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it.

is the v6 twin turbo really that bad compared to the time tested v8? as far as longevity and not off road use?

For those concerned about reliability, the new GX uses the same 3.4L TTV6 as the LC300 and both the engine and the cars are built at the legendary Tahara Japan plant.
But what’s better is that the HP of the LC300’s TTV6 in the GX is detuned to 349 HP compared to the LC300’s 409 HP.
This means that the new GX is actually more reliable than the LC300. Crazy. I don’t think we have to worry about reliability. How has that uptuned engine been in the LC300 so far?

What about a new type of car. An eight and eleven seats 4x4 luxurious VAN. With enough space to treat every seat as an adult and comfy seat. A car for large families. A car for the crowded homes of the near future.

Still prefer the looks of the old 470 but this model is WAY better looking than 460 with that awful front end with giant grill jutting out.

I'm so sad that they did this to my GX. It is now a sport vehicle and not a luxury vehicle. They did some much needed upgrades to get with the modern times, but the body is not up to lexus normal standards.....but with that said....im getting it. Why? Because of the big screen....duh!

I gotta tell you, I'm loving the new GX's off-road capabilities! Those 33" tires, center and rear locker, and that 8,000 lbs towing capacity are just awesome. Off-road enthusiasts are totally raving about it too, and I can totally see why. It's got this rugged and aggressive look that sets it apart from other Lexus SUV models, and it's even drawing comparisons to legendary off-road vehicles like the Land Rover Defender and the Mercedes G-Class. I dig it!

Love the exterior styling a lot, but Hate the single speedometer eyeball 👁️ gauge. I like tach and speedometer gauges. Digital is nice, but hate the single eyeball Spedo. Yuck. Looks like the Honda civics last generation that had tach only and digital speed. Weird and cheap.
