A simple, short, and easy to follow list of useful tips for HSI. Thanks!
ОтветитьI just like to look and think about people who I know care about me. It makes me happier and less anxious. Especially recalling a moment of them smiling brings a lot of positivity.
Ответитьi swear to god ever since i found out im hsp i avoid people as best as i can people are so attracted to negativity i cant take it anymore i want it to stop
Ответитьa tip from me:
Whenever you encounter stressful situations like finals, stress periods at work.
Make your upmost priority to sleep, set boundaries and alone time.
Is this what gets me through with less conflict in my life during these periods.
This is me at 64 yr.....I am battling through life each day and I never sleep thank you for your videos....I love them....😊
ОтветитьRelease ground balance very healing 😊😊😊
ОтветитьYes to all of the above. Also, IN THE WORKPLACE omg. Find a spot. Even if you have to eat in your car. Get that break away from the constant crap being dumped in your mind. I used to just have a book.
ОтветитьI'm glad you mentioned coloring. I also like to do Sudoku puzzles and find the hidden words.
ОтветитьA space of my own while I have little children?!
ОтветитьI am so thankful for this kind of information. I only recently discovered the concept of hsp and at last I feel validated. At last I understand why I have always felt so different and unable to fit in to everybody's expectations. People will never understand or be supportive so I just put up appropriate boundaries now.
ОтветитьAs an HSP, I’m most sensitive to sounds… That being said, I could listen to this voice all day, every day, for the rest of my life.
ОтветитьMeditation
ОтветитьI have none of that that's why I'm not happy :'(
ОтветитьHi fellow HSP. IM 73 FEMALE SEPARATED AND BEGINNING TO UNDERSTAND I am a HSP!
ОтветитьThis is the best video ive seen in a long time. I have mild asd(autism spectrum disorder), stress anxiety disorder, and a little depression disorder. Seeing this video helps me see im also HSP. Thank you for posting this video it really helps me a lot! 😊😊😊
ОтветитьI’m very sensitive n i must say this video is very true.
ОтветитьMy mom says I’m highly sensitive. Now learning this I’m not. I just react to what people say and do and it makes me mad Totally not what she thinks. I will let her know
ОтветитьLearn an instrument & the theory behind it … yes it’s hard , take it sloooowww
ОтветитьThank you for the lovely work that you do! This is a very insightful video!
ОтветитьIts like « I love you, but please leave me alone!!»
ОтветитьWhen in a good mood, feeling loved, positive, joyful, silly, etc - I find myself dancing around the house a lot, just enjoying myself and whatever else I may be doing (laundry, cooking, etc). When down, sad, hurt, etc - I need some time to myself to regulate - no questions, no eyes glaring at me, etc.
ОтветитьMoral of this happy story...we always end up with a cat(s), even the cartoon HSP 😻
ОтветитьA cat 🐈⬛
ОтветитьBeing in nature, a classic necessity
ОтветитьMine: N. Watching cute validating videos narrated in a warm, kind, and soft tone 😌😌
ОтветитьThank you so much for this video. I am having a really hard time lately because I started working in a really hard job. It overwhelmed me so much the last months that I quit. I feel so weak and disappointed that it didn't work out for me there and I would like to start working in another job as far as possible. But in the inside I feel that I just need time to recover and that I really have to have higher standards for my next job cause it literally made me sick.
ОтветитьI'm very late to see this video, but it's helping me realise that I am a highly sensitive person which I have not known. So thank you for the video, because it was very eye opening
ОтветитьI am confused from listening to, many things !
We can also fall into other categories as far as a bad psychologists
My advice is to stay away from people who bring you down.🪻
ОтветитьI know I'm sensitive. I have memories that wake me up in the night that I have to get up and walk around to get out of my head in the night.
Ответитьi have many ways of stress relief one is walking, love listening to music, i also like coloring but i cant do that much cause i have babies and have to also help with alzhimers patient so id like to know how to balance that out
Ответить"1. personal space"

ОтветитьWho else is a scorpio 🦂 ♏
ОтветитьI am looking for a pen pal, who is also highly sensitive and can relate to me. I am 17 years old but I get along with all ages mostly older people. I am from Germany. And I love journaling, music, self care, dancing...
Ответить💯
ОтветитьI have the feeling i have HSP but tbh the list is so long i don't even want to know anymore...
ОтветитьI like to color and watch my birdie out bedroom window winter spring summer and fall and winter.
ОтветитьThis helped me understand myself so much better that it is almost crazy. Especially the point about processing things deeply. I often get people saying to me that “it’s not that deep” and that kinda vexes me but now I understand.
ОтветитьCould you do a video about HSPs and grief?
I'm pretty sure I'm HSP...for me it feels like I absorb others' emotions and the world around me.
I just feel like I've been grieving my entire life because, like other emotions, my grief is overwhelming and deep.
Where is our HSP island lol?
ОтветитьSleep is such a big one!
After much of my own research, I now do several things to help me sleep that are backed up by science:
1. I use a facemask to block out all light
2. I use ear plugs to block out all sounds
3. I use medical tape to tape my mouth shut completely which forces my body to only breathe Nasally, which is far more healthy. This one scares people at first, but since the first night I've never had an issue!
4. All showers at night are extra warm. This causes my body to overcompensate and lower my body temperature lower than usual once I finish showering. The lower body temperature helps me to fall asleep more quickly.
As a HSP I wonder why this kind of info so often has back ground music with it. I'd rather listen to the talking alone, without the tune. After all, we're HIGHLY sensitive.
ОтветитьReminds me when my narcissistic mother took the door off it's hinges after I moved home during covid post college. Lack of a door was the least of problems there but it suuuuure made things worse
ОтветитьIt’s honestly absolutely miserable being an HSP. It has ruined my life. I can’t keep a job, I just got fired today. My relationships are all broken. Everything triggers me now. At the age of 40 I don’t know where to go from here.
ОтветитьI just need when I cry at karaoke to make me feel like uts socially acceptable.
ОтветитьEspecially for guys.
ОтветитьUnfortunately i don't have my own place, i live with my family and there's no real boundaries, and I'm struggling to get employment so that i can live in rent at my own place 😢😢.
ОтветитьBe surrounded by my pets🐈🐶 and retreats in nature are essential for restoring my emotional balance
ОтветитьDo you like this animation style from our new animator? Also, we did a voice reveal. Did you find it? It's hidden on our channel :)
