No this doesn't work. I happened once but the stupid thing just stopped flashing and went to white. 2+ hours. These printers suck.

Can u not use it with a Mac?

The HP SMART app is not working on my pc… When I open the app it shows a light blue background with the HP SMART logo and nothing else… I’m not able to setup my printer!

What do you do if you follow the prompts of getting print driver information and your setup halts and says, Driver Unavailable??

Wifi connected, app said printer ready went through the 100% uploading then nothing. On my computer printer settings it is still saying default offline. Even though it says ready on my app on my laptop. I hate printers with a passion. I can only get them to work for a short period of time then something like this happens. This printer has worked for me two times since I bought it a couple months ago. So frustrated beyond belief.

Thanks i save your video for the next time setup. I set my printer and hp laptop from hp website. I let the auto setup work. I just followed alone. I can't explain how. I did it. The printer works thanks. This is a bad design printer. Not user friendly at all. I'm switching from HP period. I'll purchase a different laptop and printer. Hp wants to check every scan and doucement printed.

I have this printer and it is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever bought. It worked great until the power went out. After that it needs to be restarted every single time I try to print something. Sometimes it will print what I want but it’ll just take three days. It will randomly print stuff days after I have already canceled the print.

This is the best video for someone who needs help with the HP Envy Pro 6400 series.

Doesn't work for us. The printer says the WiFi password is wrong, when it isn't. I've double checked 60 times, even connected my work phone etc to the WiFi using the password and it works fine. Garbage printer.
