I would hire an assistant or an answering service that can support your customer inquiries.

Dealing with ppl is exhausting. I tried working and operating a business and the ppl part ruined it for me and I gave my business up.

Give it some time and pray about it.
I feel like content creating can be fickle and becoming over saturated.

I just started waitching your videos last night...I would sell the second bus and keep one with 2 drivers and get an assistant. Do a trial run with this setup for the remaining of the year. That way, you can continue to content create generating income from that, and you will still generate income from your bus that will now be self sufficient with you not having to be as involved. After 6 months, if you can comfortably content create and keep your bus without being stressed, then I would continue doing both generating 2 incomes. May God bless you.

I just binged watched your videos from the last 3 months. From what I have seen you are a very detailed and oriented person, and think things through. You take leaps and take risks, but you are in another turning point where you have learned from previous experiences. The only thing left is to think things through, make sure all bases are covered or will be covered to exit well if you are going to sell or have everything covered if you keep the business but will be further removed. The content creation avenue also seems to be going well and growing in the right direction. So it is good to have options, but think it over as you close the chapters on decisions you have to make.

Taxi cab companies have drivers who pay for the cab for their shift - other businesses, like hair salons renting chair space, lower their operating costs by renting part of their business - one or more of your drivers might be interested in this - your office could handle bookings, public relations, advertising and payments - just a thought (your local Small Business Development Corp or SCORE - these are retired executives who help small businesses at no charge - or junior college business department can advise you on restructuring, keeping or selling your business, financing, best practices, etc) - you have an asset that simply needs to be managed - you are in the perfect area to get help - try not to make decisions out of discouragement - best of luck to you

Hire a CEO or virtual assistant that can answer phone calls and be on top of the things you are forgetting. Have quarterly meetings to access where you at. You have something good and mostly automated, find a way to have it run in the background without you actively running it while you focus on content creation. Don’t give up on it 🌻

Are you serious? Why would you put your life in the most incompetent people on this earth? How long do you think these social media platforms are going to be in existence for black content creators? These people have already started taking off content creators who they know are making too much money for their liking; they are looking for others who will sign the deal. Is that what you are willing to do, there will be no turning back?

Sell the majority of the company so that you retain a revenue stream, but relinquish all of the work. That way you can focus on content creation and bring in some passive income. Either way, love your content, peace from Cali!

If you want to make the right choices in life first think about the consequences of that choice and that will help you make the best choice for yourself. Hello been watching you for a lil while now and listening to you talk about your business it sounds like you’re just overwhelmed because your doing everything by yourself maybe get some help like someone to answer the phone and assist your driver that person can also handle the bus schedule and if the buses break down have them schedule the shop to pick up etc you just need a lil help I don’t think you should close shop especially if it’s going good 😊 just hire that special person to assist with the things you cannot do right now 😊

This may not make sense for some but the biggest thing I learned in business is find the customers first and always always be sure to do trials to get reviews and people's experiences before launching to actual real paying customers. I'm a big believer your success depends on how the mobile business is marketed. Maybe try a different marketing approach example advertise it as a travel bus, tour bus, filming bus or maybe an only fans bus lol. What about leasing it out. Just follow your heart or follow the money.

I am watching this 2 months later, but if you haven't sold yet, you will not be selling just a bus. You are selling "Goodwill" as well, in other words, the brand, the reputation, the repeat customers. The buyer is not starting from scratch.

Don't sell either bus get drivers for both buses, get someone to answer the phone to schedule the parties/events. make sure everyone is professional and energetic for the business. have weekly meetings so your up to date on whats going on and if changes need to be made then you can do that quickly. DON'T SELL!!!!

It's too early for you to sell your entire business. You need multiple streams of income. Hire a virtual assistant. Hire some drivers. Market your business. Get creative with marketing. In business, you gotta take risks. Some work out, some don't. Transportation businesses have these issues all the time. You got this!
