Thank you so much...... Actually i never had regular periods... My period was late for 1 month... I tried 6 of these yoga poses just for 10-15 mins today in the morning.... And today evening i had my periods.... I recommend these yoga postures to all the girls who has irregular periods just like me...❤❤

ОтветитьI was normally having regular periods but this time due to so much stress and drinking lots of caffain included drink like tea, coffee.. I got my period almost 15 days late.. I scared a little bit then I tried this yoga just 10 minutes at morning suddenly got my Period at evening... Dont know its a coincidence or not but its amazing especially the last step.❤

Just be positive do some yoga. I tried all teas with different ingredients it didn't help immediately but when I stopped being tensed and left it on the universe I got my periods almost after a month ❤❤
So in life there is solution for everything it'd just we need to find a way with calmness

I have eaten period inducing stuffs also not medicines and all. I do have pcos. I am having white discharge in little amount without itching, burning and pain.
