Are order blocks same thing as supply and demand? As I saw someone explained order blocks with same drawing as supply and demand

Supply and demand is the easiest strategy and everyone knows it so it doesn’t work more then 50% of the time, you have to see what supply and demand works on what currency, you have to see how long the candles are, they should be the same the ones that work and those ones work on that currency

What if price reach a Daily timeframe Demand zone, but on 4hour timeframe is a downtrend

Is that a BOS or a CHoCH? By looking at the market structure, I'm of the view that it is a CHoCH and not a BOS, as you've labelled. The lower high gets taken out and forms a new higher high to confirm a trend change.
