Thank you for a great video sir! If I may humbly give a little advice, that is a dust mask you are wearing. It will only protect you from small particles of solid matter, not fumes or vapors. It is a VERY misunderstood difference...I see folks doing spray paint videos all the time and they think that particulate mask is protecting them but its not doing anything! I would also recommend rubber gloves, and take a shower immediately after using the product, because well chemicals...

All you need to do is use the yearly program from The Andersons. Your yard will look like a golf course. Mine does.

would spraying the weeds while there's morning dew do the same thing as surfacant? because the dew is already makign the weed wet, so the herbicide won't bead off the leaf?

had zoyshia grass in my yard for 20 years. Started out with plugs and it spread to take over my yard. Took about 3 years. The hotter and dryer it got the better the grass grew. Weeds? It killed the weeds as it spread. Now every year the weeds would pop up in the spring. Didn't use weed killer just used a shovel. Why? Zoyshia is a vine grass and by chopping it with a shovel it would get aggresive and smother any weeds in the yard. Only one issue is it will not grow in any shade. Only needed cutting every 3 - 4 weeks and after it took hold I did not need to water it anymore. Sold that house and tried to get it for my new house, but at the time (covid) it was not available, so I got bermuda which is good grass, but requires alot more maintanence. Mowing bermuda every 7 to 10 days as well as weed and insect control. I have thought about overseeding with zoyshia which overtime will spread and replace the bermuda. But for now bermuda is fine. I use spectracide products for weed and insect control and agree with you that spectracide is the best. A Good and informative video as I am allways looking for better ways to keep my yard looking good.

ortho has a different hose sprayer for nutsedge. ortho actually has 3 hose sprayers, the regular one, the nutsedge, and a super expensive triclopyr hose sprayer

Spectracide is working rit now but I advise to get the concentrate mix your own,with a pump sprayer.

Can you overseed after spraying the pre-emergent weed control?

Weeds can be annoying and an eyesore. However, They are the first plants that bloom flowers early for bees. If you still want your yard and garden full of life and beneficial to nature around you, plant flowers early to still attract and help continue to nurture nature. Great vid post..

Do these products kill bugs, worms, insects etc? I hate to fight one problem while creating another one.

Before I got my license I used Spectracide. For the money I believe it's the best everyday herbicide for the everyday user.

Definitely use Roundup if you want your animals to develop cancer (and you, too, if it touches your skin or you breathe it). If you do use it, keep your animals and children away from the garden for at least a year. A mask doesn't protect you while spraying. Wear a full hazmat suit.

What if i sprayed in morning and it rains in evening. Will it still work the way its suppose to?

St Augustine is so different, when I cut my grass low, you can barely see the crabgrass…. When it’s over five inches, it looks like a zombie house.

I'm confused, is the other end of the hose connected to the water?

Have you ever applied the Spectracide Weed Stop one day after mowing your lawn, or do you wait the recommended two days to apply? If you have applied this product the same day or next day after mowing, what kind of results did you have? The bottle says wait two days before and after mowing, so I’m trying to determine the results if I apply one day early/after mowing.

Make sure to explain both types of POA. Theres Poa Annua and Pona trivials
