Love this episode!

Part way through and just want to give some level of thoughts on two things mentioned by Tejas:

1) On Cursor - Part of this I think comes from developer skill level. But Copilot in the editor is essentially the same thing (if setup well) as Cursor. Cursor for me has been really nice. I would consider myself somewhere around Senior Dev. But there are intricacies of jumping into certain projects that might be deep in a rabbit whole where it can be really helpful with being deep in React. I've been able to do some things I don't know I would have been able to 'think' my way too.

2) As for local first, there are many different ideals. Some people really don't want their data to be owned by anyone else and if they don't pay they lose it. But as for Developer Experience, and what makes Linear so intriguing to many, is the sync nature of local first. You can query (similar to a react server component but in the client) your data directly and write directly and then any writes are synced to your remote db without you having to think about the network. The folks at Rocicorp (who built Replicache) and are building something called Zero have some good examples on what this looks like.

I would love to discuss this to some level Alex! But yeah exciting stuff!
