The Labour Government turns 100 days old on Saturday – a date seen as a key early milestone for any government since Franklin Roosevelt became US president in 1933.

It's the nicknames that say it all – “Free Gear Keir” and “Two Tier Keir” – representing so many missteps for the new Prime Minister as he reaches his first 100 days in office today. From alienating our global allies to punishing our older generations, there is little Sir Keir has not mishandled. From a government of service to one of “self-service” that cynically times bad news to coincide with grim anniversaries, he is truly a poor leader.

Wow. Some levels of hate on here. This must be where people who hate their own country hang out. I cannot stand Starmer myself, but the first 100 days of Lanour have not been "chaotic". Chairic is what we had. Not to mention corruption, fraud and incompetence.

All this F**king B**card as done in 100 days is... protect muslims, flood our country with illegal immigrants, jail British Patriots for standing up against illegal immigrants in hotels, and take winter fuel payments off pensioners.

There is no £22 billion black hole.
The £22 billion pounds in question could be fully funded by an increase Quantitative Easing from the Bank of England.

However the Chancellor's Neoliberal ideology of Thatcherism forbids this.

If New Labour implement the previous Conservatives PIP replacement with vouchers proposals, it will mean the public pressure on MPs and Peers expenses to be replaced with vouchers will be immense and unavoidable.

We all knew that the conservatives would be voted out in the general election.
What wasn't so obvious from his history in opposition and his campaign was how much he was a bare faced liar. People were duped into thinking they voted for change for the better. In reality an absolute self absorbed individual has been elected as prime minister. The Labour Party no longer stands for the workers as it did. Working class people are going to be hit hard in the pocket and those high earners and off shore account holders will be laughing once again.
He berated the Conservative party during covid but had no solution of his own.
I voted for neither of them. Unfortunately we in this country only have one shit show or another to choose from when voting. And there in lies the problem

There is something wrong with Starmer, and when I write 'something wrong' I don't just mean incompetent and corrupt. There is something about his lack of empathy, his inability to relate to ordinary people and his empty eyes, which is frankly disturbing.

Since the 2024 UK election, the Labour Party has pursued several key initiatives that highlight its commitment to addressing pressing social and economic issues:

Healthcare Improvements: Labour has taken steps to tackle NHS waiting lists, allocating £1.1 billion annually to fund two million more hospital appointments and 40,000 additional out-of-hours appointments weekly.

Affordable Housing: A major housing programme has been launched, with Labour pledging to build 1.5 million homes over the next parliament

Energy Independence and Green Initiatives: Labour has reiterated its goal to decarbonize the UK’s power system by 2030. This includes plans to upgrade the national grid to support clean energy and reduce reliance on fossil fuels. Additionally, the party is working towards energy independence through a publicly owned energy company, GB Energy.

Tackling Youth Crime and Policing: Labour introduced the “Young Futures” scheme, a £100 million programme aimed at preventing youth crime by offering support to at-risk young people. They also committed to increasing police presence in town centres to improve public safety.
