After export to 3ds max.. It's shows only camera.. Does not shows grid (box).. What to do..

AE 2019 on windows 10 64bit the script does not export the file even scripts are allowed to write to disk... no files on desktop

I try several time the tuto but when i put my composite render in Ae the 3d model always slide a bit. i never obtain a good result. i have miss something? why can i try to have perfect result?

When I try to open my .avi video file as background from 3DS Max, I can't open it. I've tried other format like Mpeg but nothing.... Any idea what could be happening?

In MAX, as soon as I ungroup it the camera track all goes wrong. The rotation points for objects and the camera all change and go in different directions.
