You cant make a contract that goes against the law of the country. Mistreatment, scamming is not something that was written in the contract! This is not okay!

Well this is a two sides story =but so far we went to look at the house from online posting where she stayed and it isn’t what she made out for us in imagination nor the location. Which we had suspected in her over exaggerating in the first place because having been to Thailand, east Asia and the Southeast Asia as a regular visitors for so long, in Lao, Myanmar, Cambodia maybe the case= particularly just outside Bkk, food is plentiful-vegan or not.
However, there is no way that this country is short for food nor far from it. Even in the most remote village far from the capital by the country border somewhere there will always be good food available and accessible in the tropical Thailand, not rubbing it in, but miles better in standard than India or our side too in accessibility from a European point of view.

The house is somewhat a standard three bedroom Thai-Mediterranean detached that many European would called a little mansion, right next to a golf course & approximately 15 minutes from shopping mall not including all the mass Thai famous street food available locally.
Just don’t tell us that she doesn’t know how to use Google Translate when ordering food—practically as a university graduated.
In our perspective, the standard of her accommodation is a really good one for a normal Thai people never mind for those ordinary living in India.

Here at the end of the day we think this is another case of Incompetent spoilt brat me,me, me wanting freebies on what she thinks she should have —versus—the unprofessional CEO, money, money, money, greedy stingy Thai businessman, and that is it = in not being able to agree on the status of work conditions contract.

We don’t think that beauty followers in pageantry competition would Have no idea about how MGI is conducting their stage that is well known for their gimmicks in 4B beauty, body, brain, and business. We thinks it is kind of stupid but a good laugh to get the crowning then after the hard work the winner job is mainly Selling stuff—>cheap stuff online and making their personal values the same as those market sales person.

Making a world a better place you don’t need to be a beauty queen to start off, but if you know how to use the platform wisely to your advantage once you conquered it= is what makes a differences that showcase your real ability.

Mgi is indeed just a circus 😒

1.change surgery appointment just for she late and need very special treats from hospital so they have to change all plan for other patients.. just for her.
2. asked hospital to do FREE surgery for her mum and sister and told them will post promote for surgery hospital but never see those post til hospital push MGI to ask her to do something... she posted and deleted within short time.
3. She actually got a free room from a nice hotel in a good spot in the busy area in bkk but she denied and need somewhere quiet then they send her to MGI Home.

Personally I don't know who to believe. Yes Rachel sounds compelling but from what I heard she might be a diva even before this issue came out and Nawat has integrity issues from the past.

Very SHOCK to hear about Miss Grand International — broken promises, mistreatment, and a toxic work environment. Happy that she dropped the Crown because her life has MORE VALUE than the MGI crown.

Please tell Rachel to get a lawyer - an Indian and Thai lawyer and sue Nawat. Dont let him get away with this again. Remember he's also now the country manager of Miss Universe Thailand.

As long as Nawat and Anne are on top of MGI and MU, it would be a lost cause.

All I know Nawat doesn't like India from the beginning. He made one disrespectful statement about India and its people in the past. Now, I wonder if India pageantry doesn't know this? or simply ignored it because of business? When India won, I believed something was wrong then this issue happened.

1. Rachel secretly accepted the job herself. Org. didn't know until org saw it himself and asked her. Then she didn't tell him, claiming that it was a charity job, even though it wasn't a charity job.
2. Rachel secretly called MGI's sponsorship deal herself, called Nana Hospital in Korea herself, asked her mother and younger sister to go get free facials without MGI's permission. Org found out later and was very embarrassed.
3. Rachel didn't want to stay in the room at Headquarter, she only wanted to stay in Mr. Nawat's penthouse!
4. She claimed that 1,000 dollars went missing in the room and pressured org to return the money! And blamed the maid for stealing her money!
5. Org checked the CCTV and confirmed that "no one took her money."
6. Whether or not the 1,000 dollars was real or not cannot be proven, or it may not actually exist.
7. She rushed back to India, forcing Org to give her the 1,000 dollars right now!
8. She likes to withdraw money from org, for transportation, coffee, visa fees, etc., without ever having a receipt. Likes to write overdrafts, such as $4,000
9. ND Miss Grand India forges slips for transferring royalties to both MU and MGI
10. Secretly went for breast augmentation without informing the organization, causing the organization to cancel the event. When the organization asked, she said she didn't get augmentation, just ate protein
11. The organization always lets her travel in Business Class, but she doesn't use the airline lounge. She likes to go to other lounges and then comes to claim more money from the organization without a receipt!
12. Takes the crown and doesn't take care of it, doesn't know how to carry the crown box herself, and when getting on the plane, she loaded the crown not take it to cabin which no MGI queen has ever done!!!

I think Rachel want to be treated like a real queen with so many servants and bodyguard , living in a luxury hotel eating the most expensive international cuisine, traveling around the world not to work but to have a vacation, wearing expensive clothes made by the famous designer, wearing a expensive jewelries and paying her in a high salary with monthly allowance for her extra expenses😂

Hmmm... Maybe its right or maybe its wrong but Rachel is the problem not Mr. Nawat. Way back the crowning moment of Miss Grand International 2024. We can see all the girls go to CJ celebrating as first runner up. And that's exactly a clear vision that Rachel is not a friendly candidate. She has an attitude which is not good to other girls and to organization as well.

It's absolutely heartbreaking to see Rachel, who has worked tirelessly to win the crown, being treated this way by the so called one and only show.
The entire Indian fan base came together to support her in the online rounds. She brought us the first crown home.
Nawat clearly doesn't deserve a queen of Rachel's caliber, and it's evident that he's only interested in individuals who can sell his soaps and eatables on social media.

I mean I really like the vibe of MGI, but I think they did not treat their queens the best way. As you see during competition they are very hard at the girls and want them to have hundreds of tousands of followers, be always perfect, perfect body, perfect speaking skills and much more. we all can imagine. And then they end up selling some things on livestream? with their crown on.. it´s such a disrespect. Also after watching Rachel´s video I imagined I never saw doining anything for stop war and violence projet beside of speaking. And the food and other not-paying. I mean that girls should have had the most glorious and luxourious year in their life and now what? They end up locked in the village house without acces to food, Begging for anyone to call papa Nawat with job offer for them?
