Thank you for this! I just pulled my old cheap-ish classical guitar out of storage after many years. Your checklist helped me determine that the neck, saddle and nut are perfectly fine putting those concerns to rest. 😉
Now I know that it probably could use a bit of fret-work, but the rest is all me being way out of shape and out of practice. 😊

My old Spanish met with a sad fate, so as a temporary standby I have just bought myself an amazingly cheap Chinese £50 Guitar that even more amazingly fulfills ALL of your criteria, (except one low fret at 12th on 6th String), AND it has a Truss Rod !
