it was my first time trying headstand and went a little hard I almost broke my neck, guy please start small

This is definitely something I want to work up to. When I was a kid, I was a dancer and a gymnast, but when I was 37 I had a rollover car accident.

Yoga has helped me so much with my pain management. But I don’t feel like things are over for me. Somewhere in there, my body still remembers my old flexibility. I see it showing up from time to time (I can still do the splits at 47) but I have yet to build the confidence.

Thank you for making this accessible and practical.

It’s probably cause the have had lots of wrist pain so I can’t put any pressure on my wrist and I have always have had neck pain problems to my whole life so it’s hard for me to do it again
