Any state prosecutor who knowingly and blatantly twists the law to charge individuals should be removed and charged themselves with felony charges. In reality, it's not whether you did or didn't do the crime, it's all about convictions and politics.

Dumb and dumber have been arrested and charged with felonies. The road and side walk are common areas owned by HOA not the McCloskeys. The protesters did not damage private property. The gate was broken after the fact, maybe by the McCkoskey's themselves to create a legal defense. Have you asked yourself why they are barefoot and whether they considered the "totality of the circimstances" as legally required ?

So because private property wasn't damaged and they protesters weren't showing signs of aggression, they were charged... Entitlement, instigating, P.O.S so called protesters!

The prosecutor knows they are not going to jail. she's trying to make them sign a form to make them felons so they can't own guns.

the problem the Mccloskeys have is the color of their skin. if they were black and had that privilege they could do whatever they wanted. must be nice.

That is why you should never own a gun even if you are a lawyer or a police officer! Ban all guns! Nobody should own a gun! even if you are in the military! And for sure on law enforcement!

Hundreds of people walked past the McCloskey's house in a span of several minutes and they kept walking away from the McCloskey's house. People were not congregating in front of the house and the McCloskeys were not the subject of the protesters' focus. Despite the fact that the crowd was in motion and moving away, Mrs. McCloskey continued to indiscriminately use a gun and verbally threaten every person as they walked by on the sidewalk. She didn't have specific and articulate facts that any particular protester was going to commit a forcible felony. Instead, her actions were based on unreasonable, prejudicial race based fear or dislike. The McCloskeys also committed a hate crime under Missouri law.

My hope is that the Mccloskey's demand a jury trial. This case cries out for jury nullification. The attorney who issued these charges did not do this in good faith. This is obvious unethical conduct on her part. She needs to have her law license revoked.

Hey all you young people that think Socialism or Communism is a a dream come true, this is an example of what your life would be like! Politicians and the Government would have all the power, and you would have nothing to say about it! World War ll was fought against these kinds of governments! Look at Venezuela , over the last year Maduro has gained 50 pounds, and the average citizen has LOST 20 pounds! Those at the top get it all, and everyone else suffers; they are eating pets and drinking out of mud puddles! TRUMP 2020/REPUBLICANS 2020

Being that these protesters were burning down building and people got killed, during these peaceful protest .The media still call it a peaceful protest. The media is becoming more and more dangerous to Americans. Rioters came on to their property they were prevented because that couple had guns . There were no police to protect them because the mayor is incompetent. These were no longer peaceful protesters the moment they destroyed that front gate and entered private property. While this was happening the city was burning and people died . This couple had reason to fear for their safety.

Anita Manion was apparently WRONG in her assessment of Gardner's political future.
She went to Umsl, too. A smear for the University I graduated from.
Too bad.
She's probably too young, or dumb to know what she's taking about.

"Unlawful use of a weapon"? But it wasn't used as a weapon, no bullet left its chamber. The only thing i see going on is the use of a prop for psychological defense purposes, and fortunately it worked as no blade of grass on the lawn appears harmed. The prosecutors are simply feeling very embarrassed and know they messed up, emotion overrode their intellects, but to save face and their jobs they will now try anything to hide incompetence, which means they are now thinking about self-preservation rather than rightly doing the job they are employed to do. It's true, it's a common pattern in the corporate world as well.
