Very helpful thank you!
ОтветитьIt's funny how willing we are to squeeze about a sponge full of feces and urine with our hands when its just fish hehe.
ОтветитьBruh you didn’t show how to prime it
ОтветитьThank you !
ОтветитьNo way I could've done this without this video. Thank you so much!!
ОтветитьWhere can I buy the stuff for the o rings ?
ОтветитьReally handy to see this. Thanks
ОтветитьI realize this is an old video, so hopefully by now you know emptying the water from filter isn't necessary. I have 3 07 series and have never had "a mess" when cleaning these filters.
ОтветитьTHANK YOU! I don’t like reading instructions and this canister was a little intimidating. You made it super easy. Just changed it for the first time today and it was no biggie.
ОтветитьDo you fill pump with water?
ОтветитьWrong!!!! You do not empty the filter! You have to use water from the acquarium when you change it!
ОтветитьIs there a reason you don't have support pieces in that DIY tank stand? You got the pieces that set the height, the only thing holding it up is the screws. Great video by the way! Debating on which canister for a 60Breeder, thinking about a 407
ОтветитьThanks! Instructions were great. I followed to a T and made the best banana bread pudding ever! Couldn't have turned out better.
ОтветитьDo you reply to question?
ОтветитьWhat an absolutely amazing and informative video, 10/10 easy to understand and easy to pay attention too
ОтветитьI noticed your output is below the water level. I put mine above. Does it matter whether the goose neck output is above or below?
ОтветитьSo don’t use tap water. What the fuck else ???
ОтветитьEmptying the canister before taking off the head unit is a great tip to prevent spillage . Didn't know you could do that Many thanks!
ОтветитьI like to use dawn dish soap when cleaning my filter or anything for my tank really. A lot of soap and scrubbing, like when my tank starts getting a lot of algae build up. FYI
ОтветитьFantastic!!! Ty so much, for when the day comes, I'll know just what to do!!! 😊😊😊
ОтветитьWhat did you do with the water in the bucket do we just get rid of it
ОтветитьVery inefficient media setup.
ОтветитьHow bought you clean all the filters with hot clean water, then when you're done just dip them in the water you dumped in the bucket with the "beneficial bacteria" in it...
ОтветитьNever cleaned one before but this video made it simple as possible really appreciate you❤
Ответитьhow often do u clean
ОтветитьReally good video, thank you. I have lots of small flakes in my tank, looks like fish food flakes, but it isnt. like its snowing a bit, have you got any tips? Tank only been set up a month. fish feeding is once every other day
ОтветитьYou seriously helped me so much. My filter was soooo clogged. It had started to become sludge. Thank you Soo much
ОтветитьJust remember to be careful with all the baby fish living in the filter
ОтветитьGreat video have just set up the new Fluval 307 this will help me brilliantly to do its first clean ,when you connect it back together do you just press down the red locking lever then press down the grey fully to refill ,how often would you recommend cleaning the filter and does this reduce the amount of water changes you gave to do thanks if anyone can reply
ОтветитьThank you. Just did our first ever clean
ОтветитьThank you for this!!!!❤
ОтветитьWait what did you end up doing with all the water afterwards? Ahh that was the part I literally waited for it got skipped 😢
ОтветитьYou said that you weren’t changing the media order, but the tubes were in the middle to start with and ended up at the top. Does this matter?
ОтветитьIs there a video on how to reconnect and prime it? Mine is making a lot of.aoind as of air is trapped in it
ОтветитьJust a quick question, when you put the cannister back together did you use all the same water in the bucket or did you use half that and half tap water...just not explained at all. Could someone clarify for me please as I looking at buying one of these cannisters
ОтветитьI'm just setting my new 207 up n I need to know where the green filter part goes please? The phosphate filter...
Ответитьcor blimey, your filter trays are sparse...mine are filled to brim with sponge, floss and alfagreog
ОтветитьI know this is a few years old but this is so helpful. I kept tryna clean it as usual and for some darn reason when I put it back together it would just spit a bunch of junk back into the aquarium. Turns out a part of it was clogged and I wasn't accessing it properly. Very frustrating process, just did a 50% water change for the discus and now I have to do another 50% water change bc the filter (after I had already taken it apart and rinsed it out) decided it need to spew out a bunch of clogged crap into the aquarium. Putrid, but this video makes me feel better bc I clearly didn't know what the hell I was doing 🤣😆
ОтветитьVery good explanation 😊
ОтветитьWhat could be done differently if the filter was used for an aquatic turtle?
ОтветитьThank you soo much for this. I’ve just done my first water change with this new filter. However, I think I’ve done something wrong somewhere because I don’t see any flow coming from the grey tube???
ОтветитьI have a fluval shaker 169. Does anyone know how to take out in intake and outtake for me to clean it? Can I just unscrew them with the filter turned off or is this not possible? Thanks
ОтветитьThank you so much, you don’t know how much you helped my mom🙏🏾
ОтветитьThank you so much this was totally helpful! Have a wonderful day!
ОтветитьHow often does this need to be done?
Ответитьred eared slider turtles any particular set up for them with a Fluval 307? Thanks
ОтветитьWOULD RECOMMEND I USED THIS WITH MY FLUVAL 107 YESTERDAY TODAY THE TANK IS CRISTAL CLEAR!
