With arthritis, would you still yet recommend these, for I am SERIOUSLY looking to strengthen my knees( tear drop, shins , etc)??

ОтветитьIf your lower back hurts please try the couch stretches and split squats. Game changer. Even if there’s other issues going on with your back, stretch those hip flexors out and give your back a fighting chance to get better and heal.
