I love Christmas.

I would like to make a complain for the bad service that I received after buying a BMW Premium Select Car which is still under warranty for another 3 years.
I bought the BMW 520i from BMW Millennium Welt in Jalan Kuching, KL.
After I bought the car, I discovered that there is a noise from the rear of the car. After sending it back to them for checking for multiple times, the service advisor told me that they will order the parts to replace the rear underarms and absorbers for me. But I have waited for almost 3 months and I'm still told that the parts has not arrived. Until now, I'm still being told by the service advisor that he did not get any updates or feedback from his management on when my parts can arrive. Moreover, every time when I sent my car for service or checking I'm told every single time that that they do not have any courtesy car available for me. I'm very disappointed with the treatment I received from this BMW's dealer (BMW Millennium Welt, Jalan Kuching, KL, Malaysia) as a customer of BMW Premium Select.

How do I contact bmw headquarters in Germany? I am from UK and own a bmw. I have contacted BMW UK a number of times. They are not responding back or helping me at all. Their customer support is non existent. Someone advise?

Happy new year to anyone! I'm a BMW Driver, and I absolutely love my E46 BMW! I had the luck buy tha car before one year with just 63.000 km! The state of that 20 years old car is just like a new one and it feels so awesome driving it, it was like I have found the perfect car made just for me! Since then my dream is to work as hard as possible to buy the M3 or M4 New BMW cars. I guess once a BMW driver, always a BMW driver. Since I'm living in Bonn its just a matter of time to pay you a visit at the BMW Headquarters and see a lot of interesting things there! It would be a life experience!! Ob der Begriff „asoziale Vollidioten“ für einen Kulturschaffenden, lieber Herr Waltz, die angemessene Wortwahl ist, mag bitte jeder kulturell und sozial denkende und empfindende Mensch selbst entscheiden. Wer aber Millionen von Mitmenschen (vermutlich sind es in Summe deutlich mehr Menschen als SPD Wähler bei der letzten Bundestagswahl), die nichts anderes tun, als ihr Recht (!) in Anspruch zu nehmen so zu charakterisieren versucht, der zeigt sich m.M.n. wenig demokratisch. Vielmehr erinnern die Wortwahl und der Duktus im FOCUS Interview an die Sprache der Herrschenden in totalitären Systemen. Schade. Werk und Künstler sind leider nicht immer deckungsgleich.
