ОтветитьWhat a cute & easy block to sew!
ОтветитьBest idea ever for using scraps. Thank you.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing this! It’s on my sewing table for the weekend! I’m thinking about combining both the 9 and 12 inch stars for a more random layout. I love that I can use a directional fabric for the centers.

ОтветитьThank you so much. I have been so scared to start these quilting squares, but you have made it seem possible. I am going to start cutting my squares as a start! But sincere thanks.
ОтветитьI love this pattern Lori! It is so dissapointing to sew off star points. This one is PERFECT!
ОтветитьLove, love your sewing machine!!
ОтветитьNew subscriber and as a fairly new quilter I must say I love=love=love your easy to follow teaching method. Thank you!
Ответитьhow do you sew these without the template on the machine thanks
ОтветитьDo you use the same background fabric for all the blocks in your quilt? Or do you do scrappy for the background too?
ОтветитьLove this because I always struggle with the points❤
ОтветитьThis is one of the greatest, scrappy ideas . Thanx👍🏿
ОтветитьHow do u sew them together
ОтветитьYou make it look easier then it is.
ОтветитьThank you, Lori!
ОтветитьI love this block
ОтветитьI love watching your videos you make it so simple for us who are mentally challenged in math. Thank yoh MS Lori I love this quilt. I think I will try this with my bee vintage 10" squares❤
ОтветитьReally fun! Thanks😊
ОтветитьThank you so much for a block that enables us to forget about the points! I’ve done two quilts with it and started a third. Plus I’ve shared it with friends who are now making quilts with it.
ОтветитьI love the iron. Is it old.
ОтветитьI know I'm late to the tutorial--but I love this block and your excellent instruction; I cannot believe how generous you are with your time, your instruction AND your patterns. (I love the extra space you give so that sashings are not necessary.) You're amazing!
Ответитьlove this star block! thank you❤
ОтветитьI’m a beginner and I really want to do this as my first pattern to use on Christmas stockings for my family. 15” is too big for my application, I’m assuming if I use smaller squares for the pattern the overall will be smaller…what size would you recommend for a project like mine??
ОтветитьDo you have a pattern or tutorial on making your design board in this video?
ОтветитьLove this. You rock my world. This is by far the easiest block ever and thank you no moving over to the cutting mat and using the rotary cutter. I think because I have so many very small mini charms I going to make the smaller 9 inch star blocks and then once I have enough of those use them in a large quilt with a panel center. Your style of sewing and explaining is great for us new sewers and quilters and being able to keep those points pointy is the goal. 😊
ОтветитьCan I see a quilt made from these please?
ОтветитьI just made one block and I loveeee it!! Honestly as silly as this may sound... this block was on my bucket list! I've always wanted to make one. Thank you for teaching me how. ❤
ОтветитьI'm sure your asked this alot but where did you find that truck pin Cushion, totally love it.
ОтветитьHow are you filming this? Is someone mover your shoulder or have something hooked to your shoulder? 😂 love how it looks and of course I am obsessed with this block!!! Can’t wait to make it
ОтветитьLove this block!
ОтветитьThese are the happiest blocks I’ve ever seen!! Thank you for sharing!
ОтветитьMy new favorite block.
ОтветитьThese are adorable blocks!
ОтветитьExcellent block to use, like you say, not hard to make, no points to worry about, so smart.
ОтветитьWow, those are so beautiful. Now I want to try making these soon. You’re very organized. I love that you have different size blocks in each container and little piles of various colours inside. Great job and tutorial. TY.
ОтветитьSo glad I happened upon this today! I’m going to sew up my Christmas table runner with this block! 🎄🎄
ОтветитьThank you for the very helpful, clear, and easy-to-follow, tutorials. I'm new to quilting. I'm going to use this pattern to make a Xmas wall hanging. You are so organized!:)
ОтветитьI think this is my favorite sewing room
ОтветитьLoved these!
