This is almost exactly what happened in my hometown of Foley, Minnesota in 1967. Around 9 PM a car with four local high schoolers didn't see the train coming through town and got t-boned on the right side exactly as seen here. There were three kids sitting in the front seat (bench seats) and one in the back. Two of the three in the front died either instantly or shortly thereafter. The driver was badly injured but survived. Remarkably, the kid in the back seat suffered only minor injuries. I can find no information about this accident anywhere on the internet but that's probably because it was so long ago. I still remember it clearly though all these years later. (I think I was eight at the time.)

ОтветитьPrayers for everyone from the train watchers, the engineers, to the survivor, and the ones killed.... yes I even pray for the soul of the driver who was at fault. Jesus said to love everyone, family, friends, enemies, and even those who make foolish decisions.. Lord, have mercy.
