Oh, I'm so impressed.😒🥱 Ha ha, when I am forced by my trainer to sparring with one of our female members in my Taekwondo club, then I hardly pay attention to the cover, the women play so laxly. And when I start to get my kicks, even if it's only three in a row, the girls in my club immediately take cover and stay there.😂 Or can it be because I always compete in the heavyweight class?

From a sporting point of view, it would be interesting for me to play against the girls. I'm 49 and have been doing kung fu since 1988.
But I wouldn't fight with my legs! That would be unfair to women! I crush bars with my shins! I no longer have any pain sensation! I have the highest grade that can be achieved outside of the monastery! And I don't mean the children's games that are played in "official" schools! I mean traditional kung fu. The original!

1st of all why does BOB have head gear on.. 2nd the flexability is awesome ( it should be these ladies are young ) 3rd Bob doesn't defend itself or hit back nonetheless outstanding technique , however I see great vunerability in this should one get into a physical altercation.. I could be wrong
