JAGUAR S-TYPE VALVE COVER GASKET REPLACEMENT Part 2

My mechanic installed the top imt actuator valve on the bottom, and the bottom one on top. Basically he reversed them. Will that cause problems or both valves do the same thing? I'm getting a code "Too lean"

I always complain deep in my heart when I have to remove and install the intake manifold of my X-type, but in case of the S-type its even more tricky. Maybe I misunderstand smth, correct me, if you think so. Cheers!
