I currently have 2ah xr and 5 ah xr. Bought a DEWAlt cutoff tool and came with a free charger a 4ah and a 6 ah.(dcb2460c) will my tools perform better? Impact/grinder/saws? Not sure if I should sell or keep them. As far as impact I have the old dcf894
ОтветитьI was blown away like a queef in a tornado. 🌪️
ОтветитьWhat’s the weight of the 15ah?
ОтветитьHonestly, I'm glad what DeWalt is doing with the batteries.. The only real difference I see in general is the bigger the battery the longer it is going to last charged... Just a general way of looking at it.. And it should be that way and kept that way.
Ответитьhow is it pairing with the 20v 8ah?
ОтветитьI just ordered the atomic stubby for auto suspension work mainly lol. I know I should have went bigger. Im over it I need more power. Do i just step it up the 891 where alot of people love it or go bigger !!?? Working on a dodge Dakota rusty 05 in montana trucks from NY 😂 rust !! Ideally I want to handle whatever and want it to handle suspension disassembly on pickups
ОтветитьYour channel is one of my new favorites. I love it, but my wallet hates it lol 😆.
ОтветитьWhat's a better option, the DCF921 or DCF923? Only difference is the size of the drive, 3/8 or 1/2. At that price range what would you guys think is the better choice?
Ответить😮
ОтветитьLets go Dewalt
ОтветитьCool
ОтветитьBTW you switched the two mid torques when you compared them DCF894 vs DCF891. You put the weaker DCF894 on top.
ОтветитьDEWALT DCF911B 20V MAX* 1/2" Impact Wrench with Hog Ring Anvil (Tool Only) did you test this one ? youre the best man !
ОтветитьSo the 900 didn't exist when this was made? New video maybe?
ОтветитьJust bought the 900. Yea it's the man !!!
Ответитьim so happy to be on team DeWalt.
ОтветитьOther than the hog ring and the detent pin is the 891 and the 892 the same.
ОтветитьMan that is a sweet little setup. I’ve been eyeing the DCF900 for working in the garage but may add this too. You guys are very detailed
ОтветитьPicking up this midtorque tomorrow, going to run it with my 9AH
ОтветитьHI - I thinking to buy dcf921 but I don't know which battery will be best for me (for own car use) - 2AH for small work and some big one for max power 5/6ah waitly or 5ah dewalt and some other batteries. Any chance to compare power max output - thanks.
ОтветитьI just bought one and it was acting weird out the box. but I’m running a 3ah battery. I’m worried my battery isn’t good anymore. I hope it’s not the gun.
Ответитьthat battery is HUGE!
ОтветитьI’ve been seeing a DeWalt XR 10 ah battery lately and I’m just curious if it’s worth the price?
ОтветитьAnd here I sit with my still perfectly usable dcf894... I mean, how do you get rid of a perfectly functioning tool to buy another of the same type let alone same brand.
ОтветитьOn my bucket list
ОтветитьThanks for the interesting and helpful video.
ОтветитьHave you tested the CDF891B yet. It is hard to find the CDF891 anymore.
On say a 5ah battery how long can you set 5 inch lag nuts into a tree? I have to put in 12.
what do you do with all the tools you test after you're done? also it'd be cool if you put on the screen if you're going in reverse or forward. good stuff btw, thanks
ОтветитьI love my dcf900
ОтветитьYou had the graph backwards because it showed the 894 way above the 891.
ОтветитьLol he puts the giant battery on the Dewalt
ОтветитьWhat cells are in the 8ah and 10ah batteries?
ОтветитьBrought to you by the Dewalt marketing team
ОтветитьThat's no new tool it's the same took with bigger leads (copper wire) which should came like that last time
ОтветитьMy thoughts on the 15ah result: The 6ah pack is rated to deliver 70A based purely on cells, the 15ah pack probably uses the 18650 25S (i've not found out what it actually uses yet) so should theroetically have a current limit of 150A (!!!) but presumably that is being bottlenecked by circuitry etc, and I suspect that many cells jammed together requires some sort of current drain management to prevent the middle of the pack from overheating.
ОтветитьHey I'm just curious because there's an 894 on sale in my area. Are the model numbers on those first two tests accidentally switched? Because it shows the 891 below the 894 but it sounds like you're saying the 891 is more powerful as we can assume.
ОтветитьI'm kinda confused on the battery types. Which batteries are the new design that uses the 21700 batteries? Why are they better?
And can somebody explain the power stacks. The one I looked at on Amazon has horrible reviews and many said its a one use disposable battery....
In the test with the 894 vs the 891 were the graphs labelled wrong? This test showed the old 894 beating the new 891. I am confused. I thought the 891 had higher torque values. Someone please clarify. Overall video is great and I am thinking about replacing my ridgid octane mid torque with the 891.
ОтветитьGot a new DCF900 ordered today, suppose to ship in 3 weeks. Can't wait for your review on that over the DCF899.
ОтветитьYou accidently switched the model numbers on the powergraph between 891 and 894
ОтветитьDid anyone else notice the fact that this new mid torque beat out the flex and kobalt high torque with the 6ah battery? Been thinking about going kobalt because of budget but I almost can’t STAND the size of the high torque. This in a kit might be worth the money with a standard 5ah battery. 3 inches shorter and I would imagine a whole lot lighter.
ОтветитьI sold my Gen3 Milwaukee Mid torque and brought the Dewalt 891. I have a few of their 12v tools including the 3/8 ratchet. Now I’m tempted to sell my Milwaukee trimmer and get a Dewalt 60v one lmao. I want to collect more Dewalt tools now, they seem to be the best at the moment!
ОтветитьKeep on torkin
ОтветитьI know it’s just “assembled in USA” but it does make me feel good seeing an impact with a USA sticker on it making some serious beans compared to the Chinese made red tools.
Also I got one since I needed a cordless (kept winding up in situations where the air cord for my MG725 wasn’t long enough) and I already had Dewalt batteries from drills. Thing is honestly a super kickass impact.
In the 894/891 test you have them labeled wrong.
ОтветитьOne thing I wish you did was get the torque rating for each power level. Just a graph overlay of the three different settings would be interesting to see
