All the food you tired sounded fun & amazing. That's the beauty of NYC so many awesome places to eat. I read somewhere once that you could live in NYC & go to a different restaurant everyday for the rest of your life & still not try them all. Because there are so many & new ones are opening & closing all the time. Where else in the world can you experience all these different cultures/ culinary experiences? It's like trying the food without having to travel to that country. I've heard it's extremely hard to meet someone in NYC. So happy to see you are content with your life & aren't looking for love. I think you are growing more as a person by experiencing things on your own. I know it’s awful to discuss fertility when you didn’t ask but as someone a bit older than you one of my biggest regrets is that I didn’t freeze my eggs. Typically a woman can carry a baby well into their 40s but egg quality is the main issue. If you have any interest in trying for babies down the road I’d recommend looking into fertility clinics. There’s a relatively affordable one in Albany, NY called CNY Fertility. Happy to answer questions if you have them!

Well, here we have another woman going to fancy bars and restaurants. I am noticing that in this video we don't see when the bill comes. Maybe that's because she got it for free in exchange for placement in the video. Well, that does not happen to me. You see, when I go to expensive bars and restaurants with a woman, guess who pays? I do, every time. She mentioned in the video splitting the bill. Well, that has never happened to me. If I don't pay, I simply will never see her again. And women I find will not even talk to me unless we are in a fancy bar or restaurant. So here is my primary impediment to dating as a man: The cost of this preliminary first step. Most often the money goes to waste too because the dates go no where. Because like this one, she isn't really looking for anyone to begin with. And the woman watches the bill carefully to see if I tip enough. I don't know why, but adding 20% more to an already expensive bill is deemed virtuous. What would it be like to be married to a woman whose primary value is fancy bars and restaurants, and who really isn't interested anyways?

I was single until I was 35. Married the guy I always meant to date in high school at 36. We had twins a year later. No outside help, just natural conception. Changed my life. The marriage did not work out, but love having my babies. They are now almost 30. I remained single while they grew up- did not date for 14 years. I was pursued by a man who tolerated me and hung around me while I went to nursing school in my fifties. I think I met him when I was 52. We eventually lived together... and after 12 years we tied the knot. We have now been living together since 2013 and married since July 2023. We have a great marriange and I am enjoying my life. Wish I could retire but I was a dumb ass when it came to investing in pensions and 401 Ks. I am now 66.... and I could not be happier. xxxxxx Wishing you luck. Do not fret.

I think I know why you have an outlet in your coat closet by the front door. 🚪 you ask about it in another video. I think the outlet was there already then the closet was built around it later. But I also read that people had outlets for irons. Because it’s convenient to pop up your ironing board that was usually stored in the hall closet. “ about dating “ My husband and I share everything when we order food we always like to try things. So we share. I had been divorced a couple times with kids and I was totally done. my youngest daughter who was 2 when her daddy decided he just changed his mind about being a husband and I guess a daddy too. As it would later end up being that way. So I spent time crying after I put her to bed . My oldest daughter had left for college. And my middle child I adopted an her biological family had her often. Her mom was killed. Tragic story . So while I was drowning in self pity my little girl was praying for a daddy.
God answered her prayers. He brought a very strong sweet dependable man into our lives, funny thing was we had all the same friends for 20 years at the time. He knew who I was , I knew who he was but we never met. When our friend got married we met. That was over 20 years ago. And we have been married 20 wonderful years. My daughter fell in love with him first. I know it the day he called me an said he had to work late and couldn’t drive out to see me but would the next day. So it got dark and my little girl didn’t want to come inside. I finally said honey it’s a school night ( 3 yr old preschool) and you need to get ready for bed. As she walked into the house she said “ well, I guess he’s not going to show up ! “ I waited until she was in her bath and I call my boyfriend. I quickly explained that she was feeling abandoned because she thought he would just walk away like her daddy. He said hang up and I’ll call back for her in 2 minutes. She comes out of the bathroom and the phone rang. I said it’s for you ! He tells her “ hey honey I’m so sorry! I had to work overtime tonight. But tomorrow I’ll be coming out and I’ll take you and your mom to dinner’ I see her Smile really big. 😊. And that was it. 6 months later we got married. My daughter s beside me. He has raised her, he just put her through graduation school. She’s a doctor now. He makes sure she lives in nice places, drives safe nice cars. He’s always the first to get her what is popular. She’s his little girl. Her biological father came to her graduation ceremony. When they asked all the doctors to please stand and wave at the person or people In the room who made it possible for your to be here today , because we know it’s impossible to do this alone. She stood up and she waved at her step father the entire time. I had a wonderful step mother so I understand. I’m just glad he’s that person in her life. She really wanted a daddy. I understand that too. And not only has he been a wonderful father he’s a wonderful husband. He’s my best friend. So don’t give up ! I had already turned 40 when we met. And children can be yours even when you don’t give birth to them. Just be open to maybe that person you didn’t pick. Sometimes God sends someone to marry . And sometimes God sends you a child to be their mother. You are still young ! You have So many amazing year ahead. Don’t worry and don’t ever give up. Pray 🙏🏻!

New viewer (and subscriber!!) here and I completely agree. I’m 30 going on 31 soon and I’ve also been focused on how I can create my best life if I don’t meet anyone in this life. I’d love to have kids but it’s important to acknowledge the time constraints women have, especially if we don’t have the means to freeze our eggs and buy a little more time. I’m still on the apps, but with no expectations for what connections I can form using them. Anywho, I enjoyed coming along with you on this date! And the foods you showed have made me so hungry 😂 it definitely doesn’t help that I’m watching this while at the gym on the stairs, working up an insane appetite lol!
