I love his no nonsense focus and effort. Equals integrity.😊
ОтветитьA good pos does all that accounts without a spreadsheet
ОтветитьHey! I would love that spreadsheet Max mentioned, but his email bounced back. Has anybody else tried to email him? Or do we have the correct email address? Thanks guys!
ОтветитьMaxvell is such a great person. He's very generous with his knowledge and experience, and that's sadly hard to find nowadays. He's also extremely capable business owner, with amazing systems implemented in the business.
ОтветитьI’m in the startup phase of opening my coffee house and this has been a wealth of knowledge thanks for a great interview!
Ответитьwhat’s the first step in opening a brick and mortar business ? how and where do i find a place to buy for business purposes ? thanks !
ОтветитьThat was a really nice interview. It's cool that he shared so much info.
ОтветитьIt's amazing and I am so impressed with how he operationalised the business. I would just say, have the baristas tie their hair behind the counter. I don't mean to pick! But it comes with good intentions.
ОтветитьThat one idiot wearing a stupid mask ruins your video.
Ответитьwas that plus/minus $100 for 600 cups? or did you mean to use ~, which means approximately?
ОтветитьWhat he did with the spreadsheet might look like a small gesture, but it’s a huge act that defines someone’s true traits, as long as it’s honest, of course, and it doesn’t strike me as not being so. Thank you chief, may the laws of the universe pay you back a hundredfold.
Ответить👍👍
ОтветитьEvery time I see an employee at a coffee shop or restaurant with super long hair putting food together it grosses me out to no end. TIE THAT SHIT UP.
Ответитьso many customers. Crazy
Ответить16.50 an hour is more than 50k a month for 20 people, with a revenue of 80k a month and all the additional costs I am surprised you even manage to get a 10% margin by end of year, good job!
ОтветитьSolid video! Thanks, all!
ОтветитьSound like a a.i bot, slow down fella 😂
ОтветитьThanks, this information is incridible and i really appreciated
ОтветитьYou can tell hes a nazi to work for
ОтветитьO dang, I live 9 miles away
ОтветитьSo, just get gifted a $7000 espresso machine...got it.
ОтветитьI truly appreciate this video
ОтветитьI'm more interested in coffee from a roasting and bean standpoint, hearing him talk about using the cart as a marketing opportunity I wonder if that would work pivoting it into selling the bean to home brewers... interesting thoughts now.
ОтветитьHe is earning 84k/annum minus taxes if he is paying any…is a decent amount. Can be comparable to a salaried guy with 160k.
So if he is able to run and earn similar amount from 1+ coffee shop, according to me, he has achieved it.
What unit does he mean?
ОтветитьCrazy value
ОтветитьI can tell based off of the first 30 seconds this has crazy turnover
ОтветитьHi, how can I get that cost excel sheet
ОтветитьBull shit. He started the business with a $30,000 coffee machine.
ОтветитьGreat insights. Question: when you say 10% profit, is that before or after you pay yourself (maxwell) salary?
ОтветитьHey! So I wanted to know how did you obtain the start up loan, I own a smoothie business inside of a gym and would love to Expand to a store front!
ОтветитьBeautiful story ❤ A story of hope and of never giving up.
ОтветитьWonderful, insightful content. Loved everything was very transparent. Thank you!
ОтветитьMax is 100% right in not branding in house cups. Theres no need and using cups and utensils that mimic what you use at home is always better.
ОтветитьOne day i will open one too
I have been always a Fan of coffee and it's easily my favorite drink.
Pray for me please so i can achieve this goal.
Time , chance , opportunity, place , understand how the game work ....
Ответитьits rad how transparent this guy is.
Ответитьyou ask good questions mate .keep up the good work.
ОтветитьI grew up speaking multiple languages. Communication😊
ОтветитьCommunication. I read like 3 language
ОтветитьI like your humbleness saying communication is your weekend because this has been one of the most informative from the numbers & business side that I've seen in a while! I really like watching this and I'm not opening a coffee ☕ shop!!
ОтветитьHey sir when are you bringing us an interview on the Electronics and Electricals business.
ОтветитьThanks for the insight so glad people exist like this to for all the insights and easy misses as a new comer.
ОтветитьBullshit
Ответитьvid needs a "totally" counter lmao
ОтветитьI thought of a Starbucks before there was one on Melrose Ave in LA, early 90’s I came back from Japan from modeling and wanted to open a coffee / Tea place , I was 23 , I didn’t know how to do that type of stuff at that age , then boom here comes star bucks grrrr
ОтветитьBerrY inspirationaL. Thank You.💋
ОтветитьMy friend's mom had started a coffee shop, great idea, but just didn't happen. Gotta have a fast convenient location#1, in my opinion. #2 customers with dispensable income. She understood costs, and such, but yeah.
