FTP Test Did Not Go To Plan

Hi all,

Hope you're all good, just a quick one this week. My first FTP test in a year before I start training for the 2025 season. I don't know what I was expecting really, I haven't actually trained to power in ages... Still, I have an FTP to work from so let's see how I get on.
