How to Convert PowerPoint Presentation to Video

In this video, you will learn how to convert a PowerPoint file into a video. This is handy when making a presentation at some place and you are not sure if they have Powerpoint.

Let's open a presentation that we want to convert into a video. Please ensure that you have the slide and animation timings recorded. Once I have the presentation open, click the File menu option and select "Save As". Under the "Save as Type", select MP4 or WMV and click Save.

Now the process of conversion has started, and in a few moments this presentation will be converted into an MP4 file. Please note that if your presentation is lengthy, it will take much longer.

The video is ready, let's check it out. As you can see, its working and ready to be used as a standalone video.
