It happened to my mother during a dental operation. Thank God it wasn't her eyes. The burn occurred on her nose, upper lip and singed eyelashes/eyebrows. She underwent reconstructive surgery and we sued. We settled out of court. The doctor is rated top in his field in the DFW area so it can happen to anyone.
