Kumika is the most important part in judo randori if you get a good grip you got 60% of the victory.

I have very important question. Where in japan can I learn judo(clubs and teams)?

It makes me laugh that starts to try to catch the grip and avoid other one but once you catch it the other will catch it too since you only has two arms
