If you want to know dominican republic please go to santo Domingo and not punta cana its a tourist trap and you can't go anywhere without having a chaperone... Everything is also so expensive here's opposed to santo domingo... You might as well stay in an American resort

My main advice would be that if you want to come, learn some Spanish or get a friend who speaks it, since it will be easier to get to know the place and get better prices.

Acerca de la hora de check in en los hoteles... puedes pedir un early access con tu agencia turística, mas si tienes niños incluidos en la reserva (lo digo porque visito All incluisivr resorts todos los años, por lo menos 2 o 3 veces al año y asi es como me manejo) asi que no tengo que quedarme en el lobby esperando, aunque la habitación no este lista, puedo disfrutar del hotel hasta que entregan el room y dejo mis cosas y sigo con las actividades.

About the check-in time at the hotels... you can request early access with your tourist agency, especially if you have children included in the reservation (I say this because I visit All Inclusive resorts every year, at least 2 or 3 times a year and that's how I use to do it). So I don't have to stay in the lobby waiting, even if the room isn't ready, I can enjoy the hotel until the room is ready and I leave my luggage and continue with the activities.

Hi, we were at the Impressive in 2021 and it was quite nice. When we booked we only booked the standard hotel but they offered us to upgrade to the Premium side for a price. The check in staff gave me a price ( I cant remember how much but when I didn't seem interested they said , well then you give me a price and I'll see if the manager will accept it. I think I only offered $100/pp for the entire week and they said OK so we upgraded to a room with a pool and beach view and a Butler who booked all of our a la carte restaurants for us for the entire week ( worth it right there). You also get a smaller quiet pool with a swim up bar. There is also a small breakfast and lunch area for Premium guests. We also got our Butler to book us lunch at the Beach Restaurant overlooking the ocean and the peer (so nice). I thought it might not be that much of a difference but it was well worth it. The Impressive Grounds and Beach (not much seaweed at all) are very lush and well kept and the a la Carte Restaurants were quite good but I did find the Buffet a bit lacking but overall we would go back to the Impressive Resort but definitely book the Premium if you can.

So astonished from the standard and level in Punta Cana. Everything is so expensive and the service is so poor. Anyone who ask me my opinion about Punta Cana I will say: dont waste your time and your valuable money. With the ammount of money you spend in this country you can do much much more in other tourtistic countries and get much more superb service. Punta Cana is for me ZERO - Plus everybody try to scam you

HUK we have been on vacacation to many many your review on PC is absolutly the best ever!!! hands down ! water clarityherity when the time to visit us vs dm curancy where to stay food taxi drives we also have experienced a mini bus going seems like 80 miles an hour doging through goats pedestrians and seeing face closs to 3rd worl living i feel bad while seeing theeses beaautiful people with hardly a home just shambles the island is beautiful there culture is uniquie all inclusive is the way to go handns down meany food to choose from dont wander off to far the locals will try and sell you anything we stayed at the bravo palace simple room nothing special saverd 100 bucks why ? cause you go to yr hotel to chancge and grab a swimsuit besides sleep the food like you mentioned huk is anything your in the mood 4 pizza tacos lobster fresh fish etc we actually sat on the beach with our tooties in the sand the dominic people are absolutyl awesome! there culture is very friendly as mencioned if you do travel acroos the many miles of beautiful beach the locals aka fle market will try and sell you anything its a sfae place just stay in your designated hotel bravo is where we stayed more like a husband and wife, but they give you a blue bracclet where you can wonder down and visit other hotels mofe like familys with kiddos:) nothing wrong with that when we visitised pc our 1 us dollar was equavalant to almost20 $ to thers so bring money to tip the locals they fucking work there asses off our bar tender 1st night on our best ever vacacion again to punta cana i threw him a 20 dollar bill, true storie this gentman looked at myself like i was donald trump any way the rest of our staycation the bartender remember us he called me bruce willis never had to waitt for a drink we took many pictures and hugs and still up to this day we once write eactother back ps he also gave us a bottle of dominican wine burned a cd and also said you all americans we appreciate! but then i though no we appreciate different cullcures walks and ways of life sorry if i did not cover all im not a proffesionay bloger just a human neing that love differen cultures and ways of life!v and last plz dont judge me on me spulling my lap top is ole ... but i can pinky swear you!!! if you visit Punta cana?
