Typcal London high end "mews" To a very high standard, very high price, but seriously limited natural light! And no outside space!
I'm watching in Nov 23 a year after this video went live and the price has now dropped to £18,250,000 So it seems the very wealthy don't want it either.
A very fancy garage.
Ответить❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьToo dark
ОтветитьNope. Kitchen sink facing a wall without a window is an absolute deal breaker.
ОтветитьHow the hell a pile of bricks costs £19,75mil? It would take you 470 years to earn this amount without spending a penny on an average yearly London salary. Think about who and how they can earn this amount of money to buy and maintain this property. Glorification of this nonsense is the problem.
ОтветитьSoulless. No warmth. Like a hotel.
Ответить50 years ago I lived in that street. They were originally Mews (stables) for one's horses and carriage, with lodgings for household servants. If you go to the "high street" on the other side, you will see the grand Terrace Houses of the Gentry. Now those old stables are worth a million quid.
ОтветитьI did not see the 7th bedroom
ОтветитьSTOP clapping your hands together!
ОтветитьCompletely over priced. Did it sell?
ОтветитьCarriage homes, service dwelling in the past. Hardly can one pay for it t
ОтветитьAwkward presentation and suspect use of English from the chap. Could do better.
ОтветитьIt is really nice. No way would I have a in-person staff living in those sparse bedrooms though. Very much like New York in that it is super expensive but with no yard or view but a great location
ОтветитьFantastic
ОтветитьNice facade.
Sadly none of the charm of the outside was kept in the insides (maybe the wooden floors in the bedrooms works).
So sad to see so many bathroom but not 1 Bidet to be seen anywhere 😢
ОтветитьIt’s no way worth the money , could buy a luxury private island
Ответить!(: W😍W, THANKS ;)!
ОтветитьReminds me of hotel accommodation - no soul 👎🏻
ОтветитьAll that is fine but I would have preferred more natural light, and open space like a back garden. Claustrophobic to me. Even the street is so uninspiring devoid of any life and character.
ОтветитьIn NYC and parts of Brooklyn we call these houses 'Carriage houses' because it's where the horse and carriages were stored for the rich owners.
ОтветитьFunny how when a multi million pound property comes on for sale in central London all the plebs come with the predictable responses: where's the acres of land? Where are the horse stables and menage? Why do I have to look at neighbours?
If you knew the answer to those questions you probably wouldn't be so poor in all honesty. The fact that some cannot understand the power of location as a store of value (protecting against inflation), amongst the myriad of other benefits it brings to the billionaire class, is enough to tell us that these properties are not for you.
It is indeed elegant inside, but I imagine myself if I own this kind of house, sooner or later I will be depressed. I prefer an open minimalist design house with a middle courtyard, backyard and an entrance garden with a cozy study/library.
ОтветитьTake away the windows and you'd feel like you were in a bunker. And for nearly 18 million I'd look for something more modern.
Ответитьwhen the photograhers ruled London‘s cool scene, happy with wharehouses, run down mews cottages, a small fridge and plenty of space to shoot. Now owned by corrupt russ. oligarchs amongst others laundering money in the UK, as is most of the real estate in London. Ridiculously expensive.
ОтветитьI spent 800k on a 8500 sq ft house with gorgeous mountain and forest views in Colorado. I can’t believe anyone would ever pay anything for this…
ОтветитьHardly any natural light. Full time artificial light would mess with your head .
ОтветитьToo sterile...
ОтветитьThe windows are not that much of an issue for me (most were curtained anyway in the video), but I don't get why you would pay 20 mill. for a home in the heart of London with zero British charm. It looks like a random, ultra modern American home, with nothing personal or cosy and I predict it will look incredibly dated too in several years. I wouldn't like to basically gut and refurbish a home for that kind of price. Personally I wouldn't even stay in it for free tbh. The real estate agents seem nice though, not their fault the architect missed the mark.
ОтветитьAwful property.
ОтветитьBuying an address, not a home….. I actually think it’s pretty obscene that there are homeless people one end of the spectrum & this totally OTT gross, cold box at the other….And no, I wouldn’t buy a massive house if I had the money, warmth & homeliness is my first priority….
ОтветитьTen apartament nie wart tych pieniędzy - po pierwsze nie ma ogródku
Po drugie za mało światło z ulicy okna mało jest
Po trzecie za oknami widzisz samy domy i sąsiady
You two do a great job at presenting homes. But the house is blah. 🥱
ОтветитьOver $20,000,000.00 for a Garage, in an alley? Seriously, how much for the actual Home?!?
ОтветитьIf this was 200ft below ground, which it may as well be, then it'd be pretty good for a post-nuclear war bunker. But a home?
ОтветитьWhy do so many luxury homes look like cold, hard office blocks and not homes?
ОтветитьImagine what you could build yourself for 20 mil in herts surrey Essex etc
ОтветитьWorst home i have evwe seen. 20 millions to live in a storage with no windows?
ОтветитьI found the camera work difficult to follow in places, didn't get a good sense of how the property is laid out
ОтветитьGood presentation for that arrogantly wasteful house. I would be having severe headaches if I stayed in there more than 24h. Limited Natural warmth/light, how many cleaners need to walk around every day. These houses should not be allowed or should be taxed heavily.
ОтветитьBeautiful interior
ОтветитьBeautiful interior design
ОтветитьRich people must have much different taste. Those leather closets... and I would have to work in the servants' quarters with no windows...but don't get me wrong, if someone gifted me this house, I would love it and defend those leather closest and all that marble with my dying breath.
ОтветитьBeautiful home
ОтветитьThe home is very very dark with hardly any windows, but I'd guess anyone who purchased this home would appreciate the lack of windows because of the added privacy and security. In a $20M home, part of your staff will likely be security staff, so the fewer windows and doors the better
