OCPAA are really smart with mini group dances. They definitely follow a formula get good results, as well as really good training for young dancers.
It was a really good idea to put the youngest/least experienced dancers on stage first so that they could be positioned, and didn’t have to wait for cues. It’s also great they each smaller group had a couple of stronger dancers who could lead, and have the other copy them (which would be an issue for older kids, but no toddlers)

I have seen many, many children's dance recitals and this is by far the most well done. Great kids...amazing dance instructors and of course the parents that support them all. Kudos!

I am nine I’ve been dancing since I was three and I can still not do that far of a leg hold
